I find this hotel ideally located in New Delhi, with staff, very courteous and efficient. The decor of rooms was comparable to 5 star hotels especially the toilets were sparkling clean and well designed with all necessary toiletries. Above all the hotel was more than value for money. I can confidently recommend this hotel to all my friends, anytime. The experience staying at the hotel was memorable. Thanks

It is at Defence Colony and is near to flyover and the hotel has some place for parking. Rooms are neat and clean and the service has been excellent. Near to the hotel is Defence Colony market as well as Lajpat Nagar market.

Had a very bad experience at Parkland. Location is good, Easy access to streets of delhi. Every thing nice is just so close by. Loved the surrounding. But that was all that this hotel could offer. Nothing is clean. No service quality. Not recommened for stay.

Stayed here a few times, and had a few issues.. They say 'free wifi'.. BUT THATS ALL A LIE!!!! They have it only on one floor. Even despite complaining numerously, it wasn't fixed each time I stayed. GET YOUR WIFI FIXED!! I come there on business purposes, how is one to work without wifi??! The staff were pretty efficient, however the manager was on a totally different tangent.. absolutely absurd, very impolite and non efficient. All in all, the rooms are a great size, spacious and comfortable. BUT GET YOUR WIFI FIXED ON ALL FLOORS!!

If you can spot it near the flyover that hides it cozily, I can assure you, it will be a decent stay! The location is good for those looking to cover most tourist places in one day. Not indecently far from Railway station and just in the posh most markets of New Delhi, adds to its glory. The service is good, a smooth check-in is ensured and so are the other services of luggage, housekeeping etc. The building is well maintained except for cracking wooden floor. I had only breakfast here and that was good! There was variety and everything was well cooked and properly served. Overall a good stay.

The Parkland is more a two star hotel and is in desperate need of a manager who cares. There are staff standing around yet it is tricky to secure any urgency or service. LAUNDRY Our clothing was 'collected' early morning to be pressed for a wedding that night. It was not back by 5 pm as requested. After 6 calls to reception we found it in the hallway at 5.30 pm had not been sent, left there by whoever had collected it. We eventually got our clothing back at 8 pm (wedding started 7.30). Use the Def Colony Village laundries. ROOM 'SERVICE' Room was not cleaned today and the idea of calling reception to make up the room/explain what we needed was too exhausting; easier to shop next door for required items. Plus an open linen cupboard in the hall allowed us to replace towels (needed due to shower water that leaks onto floor and requires mop up after each shower...yes, it's been fun). Day two and we ceased communicating with reception for anything as nothing ever arrives anyway with the crew taking 'island time' to a whole new level. BREAKFAST What a sad affair this was. A simple breakfast was expected given Parkland's budget rates... but out of cutlery, plates and bread. Tables had not been cleaned between breakfast guests. As others have mentioned don't walk barefoot in your room as your feet will be BLACK within minutes. Floor has not been cleaned in a while. Not a lot to recommend about this hotel. Suitable for travelling students who have been staying in hostels.
