Had a horrible experience on my last visit through OYO ROOMS, I was shifted from one room to another for 4 times within 24 hours, entire property has absolutely no infrastructure, no bathroom fittings, broken furniture and zero maintenance in today's day and age.Secondly on speaking to OYO and registering a complaint, was promised somebody from OYO would be visiting the property to ascertain the facts, I changed my schedule for the same and nobody from OYO neither visited nor even bothered to inform, on calling the property owner multiple times,got zero response from that end too. Next morning on calling OYO, I was offered INR 300 as compensation on my billing when I said I am approaching the consumer forum to register a complaint, In a nutshell, PLEASE AVOID THIS PROPERTY AND DO NOT TRUST OYO ROOMS for whatever they claim and offer.

Had a wonder stay here. Spot on service quality with utmost courtesy from hotel staff. Quality of food was really good. Location of the hotel is pretty good. One of the best hotels that I have been to in recent times.

I have visited this place multiple times for my official visits to Delhi and Balbir manages everything well be it the pick up or anything. They prepare food as per your requirement as well as provide food from outside restaurants. If this is fully occupied the hotel helps with the other properties for your smooth stay. Nice property to stay for any trip to Delhi. Rooms are very well maintained and have good dining area also.

I visited this hotel couple of times with my dad. I would call it a perfect stay with great food and good staffs, always eager to please. Infrastructure is Good and the services offered are great. Major attraction is the food offered. They prepare it in a hygienic manner. Although some stuffs may not be available at the time of placing order like corn flakes or curd etc. but the overall stay would be pleasing and comfortable.

Gem92 is in residential area of Kalka ji, not very far from Nehru place. It is in a peaceful neighbourhood with no traffic sounds. Room & bathroom was neat and clean, with TV, AC and refrigerator. Bed was little more soft according my taste, but I had a good sleep. Light arrangements and ventilation good. But I had little trouble to locate a socket to charge my mobile. I didn't tried to use the wi-fi. Staff was cordial and helping. Kitchen is neat and serves guests, if ordered in advance.
