We picked the place due to its location. The reservation was made few weeks before the trip, and we planned to stay in Green Meadow for 5 nights. Booking confirmations and pin-codes were received by an email. I also made a special request to check in early, due to our early morning flight. I didnt receive any reply for this. After travelling all night, we arrived to Delhi and called for Green Meadows, from where the owner told he havent received our booking at all. As we were all ready in taxi, we entered to show our booking confirmation. The owner was acting and clearly lying that he havent received booking. Obviously he had rented our room for some tourist who paid more. The owner did not apologise properly and said that the fault is in booking.com. We had to start to search a new place, even thou we had the booking clearly confirmed. The owner was also suggesting us that there are so many places we can just walk and go to any other place, as if we don't know that. He insisted constantly that it is booking.com fault and he also said that he will cancel his booking.com page as booking.com is doing very poor job. We told him this is for the first time we have a problem with booking.com, and we have done hundreds of bookings. He didn't do anything to help us to find another place or to contact booking.com and tell about the problem. We also saw one confused tourist who was staying in the place but hadn't received basic information about the place (from where to get breakfast, wifi-password). I would never go to a place managed by this unreliable person.
