Hotel Front desk staff was excellent. There is a high level of security in the hotel though it is situated in a very busy place. Rooms are clean and nicely kept and hotel has only one restaurant. I was expecting more places to dine in this Five star hotel. Front Lobby is small but very elegant. Overall, best place to stay in the heart of town.

This hotel is located in a peaceful area. I had very nice experience in this hotel. Hotel’s staff was very nice and co operative and the food given by them was also good. This hotel is very neat and clean. I would like to recommend this hotel to my friends.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights at the end of an India tour. This was simply a 'chill out and relax' before the flight onward stay. Hilton Garden Saket was more upscale than I expected from my experience with this brand. Great reception staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped from the taxi. I had a nicely appointed room on a higher floor overlooking the DLF Mall courtyard, which during my December visit was in decorated in full Christmas carnival mode. The room was well sound insulated and I slept really well. The room was in excellent condition, clean, well maintained, and with a comfy bed and pillows. Linens and towels clean and in great condition. My room was serviced every morning while I enjoyed the sumptuous buffet breakfast. Most of the clientele seemed of the business traveler so in the late morning I had the dining room to myself. The hotel is attached directly to the DLF Saket Shopping Mall via a secure internal walkway. This was my primary reason for booking here - I was able to shop, browse, eat, drink, and socialize in a complex of upscale malls for two days without having to drive anywhere, just stumble back to the room and sleep. Most shops would deliver your purchase to the hotel. I normally dodge the corporate hotels in favor of trendy, quirky, and boutique lodgings (unless I'm earning points like here). After a sampling of some very substandard hotels in my tour of the Indian countryside the Hilton atmosphere was like a luxury hotel. (It's really not - but the five star service was above this brands norm). I only dined at the hotel for the included breakfast. It was very adequate for me - both healthy options and gluttonous delights with a whole range of India cuisine in between. The dining room was clean and the service was outstanding. The weather was cool but I still took a swim in the huge rooftop pool. The business center had functioning computers and printer but the climate control was never activated so the room got hot and stuffy. No worries to me really - I was too lazy to go find someone to fix it. Decent wifi system thruout the hotel. I arranged my airport return through the hotel and was pleased with the quality of the vehicle and the friendly driver. All things considered I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Saket and would certainly stay here in the future. The staff of the hotel really shined and made a positive impression on me.

Perhaps the best hotel in terms of service and location. i have been quite regular with this hotel and everytime i stay here i feel they have further improved on the quality stand. The thing i love most is the breakfast of this hotel and the courtesy of the staff, which makes you feel at home. Mr. Prem is the person look forward to who will go out of his way just make sure you eat everything right.

Pros: Centrally located in South Delhi, max an hour away from business districts/ zones (Gurgaon, Noida, etc.). Walking distance from malls. Large spacious rooms, clean bathrooms and superfast wifi. Excellent breakfast spread and extremely courteous staff Cons: I rate good sleep in hotels very highly and there was some construction going on in the hotel all through the night and I had to call front desk to get it stopped, all 3 days I stayed at the hotel. Minus 2 points for that. Overall a good experience sullied by sleep deprivation.

Shyamveer provided excellent house keeping services throughout my stay at the Hilton in New Delhi, India. The bathroom and bedroom was always kept clean and tidy with fresh bottled water every day. I would like to book a room at the Hilton with services from Shyamveer for my next stay in New Delhi.
