Stayed here recently and has very comfortable rooms. Bfast spread is superb which has variety of dishes on the buffet line for all. The Cafe serves very good food n a great atmosphere for dining. Staying for 4 nights, only lacking in recognition to guest, to make us feel at home. Rooms are clean n comfortable. Front Desk staffs are courteous but some are not so familiar wt the internet plans or how to address a simple issue when asked. Service is fast n efficient when a request is made. Took a hotel car for an airport pick up n driver was driving terribly. What a car ride! Phew!! Ensure to buckle up n pray. Convenience stores nothing nearby so you need to grab your requirements before you get back to Hotel. Overall..pleasant experience.

I was at Kylin on Friday with my family. The food was amazing and I strongly recommend the restaurant to anyone who is fond of chinese food. This place is reasonable and the food is just amazing. Moreover, the staff is so cooperative - the way they took care of my kids and at the same time kept all of us busy with their suggestions. All their suggestions were APT. Fantastic food ... Can't wait to go there again. I must mention Manish & Prakhar - Very Courteous, Polite and Great Individuals. Thank you "Kylin (Super) Experience"

To begin with let me tell you that I felt completely at home it didnt not matter that I was staying with you after nearly 5 months. The way the little things got taken care of was what impressed me the most - like my yoga mat- my Mint ( newspaper), my hard bed, extra water bottles and to top it up Mr Roy knowing that I am fond of Pongal ( whereas I was meeting him for the first time) Please do compliment the following team members from my side 1) DM Nitin amazing person- he is the one who made sure that my room is ready and available when I checked in on 8th - and the man behind the extra pens I had requested for ( for my Gurujis charity). God Bless him for the good he has done also HK boy Ramesh who put a towel under my Gurujis photograph w/o me asking for the same. I was deeply touched by his gesture. 2) Mohita at Front office is another great human being very sincere and diligent. She has been like this from my first interaction with her which was incidentally in Feb 2016 when she helped me get my room reservation at HI Pune. 3) Mr Roy was a pleasure to interact with. He is an amicable and warm person with great soft skills. Guests will love him 4) Pls thank Chef Pradeep from my side for being so mindful of my food requirements. Its good to see him become the head of Cafe @ 3. Likewise I am thankful to Chef Sashi for my daily dose of Upma and Pongal. He would make it specially for me every morning aloingwith my Papaya juice. Chef Sandeep made great AOP ( pasta ) for me thanks to him as well 5) Deep from IT unbelievable guest connect. He fixed my wifi seamlessly . He remembered by requirements precisely - and even offered to put a special router in my room. He made me feel very special. You need people like him great experience 6) Some of the other names which impressed me - a. Naushad and Prashant from R/Service b. Jayant, Bhim, Abrar, Visweshar from Cafe @ 3- they are so good and well trained. c. Electrician Rishipal who fixed my Table lamp d. Arshad & Kaushik who promptly got me my medicines e. Trainee Bell boy Sagar very cheerful and helpful DNA f. Yogesh for getting me the pens sent by Nitin g. Nikhil at Kylin also Chef @ Kylin. Was there last evening with Kevin. Loved the dinner. Last but not the least - the Kashimiri food festival was a god send . I have been longing to taste Kashmiri food for a while and was very fortunate to get to try it at your hotel Thanks for everything you have a great team. Please let them know. I shd be back at your hotel in the week of March 20th.

We love the Hotel with everything and with the service and the cleaness and the rooms was so beautiful and fresh and the breakfast was Superb and we really love the time there=) They have amazing stores and restaurants inside and good security with everything and they really make you feel welcome=)

The Hotel is located close to the New Ashok Nagar Metro. Within a radius of 3 km to the famous Akshardam Temple. The room and the ambience are good. Unlike similar hotels toileteries and other items are provided on request. The breakfast is good. Wi-fi is chargeable and they are not offering it for free. The staff and service is good.
