Was stayed in this location for 12 days on October to November 4th. .its not my first visit in India as a American tourist and had stayed different hotels in India, this hotel is 3 star it was not my choice but reviews were very good on different web sites and after communicating with hotel manager Mr manager i was very pleased his respond above all my working project location was very easy to commute from this location, Yes my arrival was October 3rd at night. .hotel provided me room #203 was okay , but everything were full of dust, curtain was dirty behind the TV , phone was dirty, none of the side lamps were working, electric kettle was out of service, i said well is this 3 star or i have ended up in 2 star hotel? checked the restroom. .shower curtain disgusting, tiles, wall was full of mosses,curtain was dirty. I was shocked to c these above all WiFi was horrible but it was late night after 22 hrs of travel my mind and body was collapsed still after i mention these to the manager he has fixed like magic. Next day this room look like a 4 star hotel room ,.Mr manager locked this room for me as my entrees of this hotel was 3 different days. .thanks for this .. Never celebrated Diwali in India as its not my holiday had seen the fireworks from the hotel window had distributed sweets to employees of the hotel as it was my little happiness along with them. Met supervisor i in the dining area..another guy with glasses took care of me like a princess. thanks my brothers from the bottom of my heart..u guys r will be always in my heart .. but must say there r no varieties in the breakfast menu but i am not food person so it was OK with me ..but who ever is Indian food lover ..for them it will be very disappointing to c the breakfast menu.... in the room they have a so call menu ..but most of the food r not available..during my trip it was chicken flu was India thus i didn't have any chicken dish but this hotel was providing chicken dishes to everyone ..surprised there was not a single notice or cautious about this serious issue hanging on the wall in the dining area or in the room .or when i was ordering food no one even bother to inform this chicken flu so many guests don't watch the latest news in India or care ..but this is hotel management responsibility to inform the guests about this chicken flu before they order any chicken items.. House keeping was OK not good at all...they need to more professional and clean and clean look ..they came to clean my room with fever ,cold..really very disturbing and non hygienic Anyway coming to the main issue now My checking out date was November 4th. .Mr manager was in urgent vacation. some uneducated, 0% knowledge with were there in the front desk for my check out. ..yes i made one mistake before i booked which was instead of 6 days i had to booked 7 days as hotel checking out time 12 noon but due to my night flight i had to checked out 5 pm. When they told me to pay for half day it was OK with me, i wanted to pay with my cc as American we don't carry that much cash specially before departure ,cc machine was not working the lady was pressuring me to pay cash, go out to ATM machine all those blah blah bull useless talks ..i didn't agree, their activities was getting my nerves as i was in a rush to get out to the airport but didn't loose my patience i know how to deal with these kind with out experience people ,finally they fixed the cc,i paid my bill finally and wow!! I got an apologize from those idiots fronts people as one of the trainee employee 's rude attitude towards me..i promised my self i will never step in this junk again, but bad part still is there i didn't realize. One thing i need to mention here which is. . most important thing Mr manager should informed me before he left for urgent vacation as he was taking care of my itinerary...may be he didn't think about this mess will show up from no where. ..but still this is his team he should know and notify me. But he didn't, well what to say. ? I requested him to talk with them after i explained to these but he didn't. .what to say? I was speechless as i never had this kind situation before in Indian hotel.. hey! ! Who can tell its nothing more surprise for me on the way. . Most important a small bag i left for my guest to pick up next day. Some medication, cosmetics were there Back to home in USA . ..very next day got an email from this hotel that i didn't pay the food bill. .i called them instantly email after email what's the matter. ..found out the the checking out day by mistake of their employee as( they said to me). . they didn't charge my food bill. was Indian rupees 4487.00 only. .i was shocked and not surprised at about this as those idiots was not full trained for front desk employees in a hotel but ready to pay but how? keep requested to send any link that i can pay from but kindly deliver that bag to my guest. .guest was there 2 days for pick up the bag they didn't deliver the bag to him. front desk said to him that their owner said not to deliver the bag. . Thumbs up! ! To the owners! !obviously they kept my bag as a hostage. I was shocked and surprised. .due to 100% hotel management fault but who cares am i rite. Well instead one single apology they were harassing my guest and me for this tiny money? Even its 1000 dollars i didn't mind to pay but y this cheap, low deeds by the owners of this hotel? To me and my guest? I have traveled so many countries, so many motels,hotels i had stayed never had this kind of pathetic treatments to their guests in any hotels in India or other part of the world... Y this disrespect? y this negligence ? . My question y this hotel don't have any link which guest can pay directly, hassle free if this kind of situation arrive as i was the victim i know how much problems i had to pay u? u have hostage my bag, pressuring me for payment but how? have u thought about this once ?i don't live India i don't have any account in Indian bank . .how a tourist will pay? I was restless, tensed ..due of money problem in India some how my guest had to pay the bill..for this he had to travel 3 times from other state of India.2 times for pickup for that bag once for payment..what a service from u guys?who would forget this hospitality? And finally u guys free the hostage my bag after 1 wk. .and now most of the things r missing from that bag, wow! !!it was my last great service from this junk hotel..send emails last 2 days for this this missing items but no one reply yet another applause to this people.. A huge applause to the management. Thank u...the owners and the poor management of this so call hotel. .u guys did a great job with me.. no one can do like this like this junk property in was my huge mistake to choose this junk in Delhi. . Guys remember one thing cause of satisfied guests, hotel services towards guests.. a business and a bonding with full of trust from employees with the guest in a hotel get popularity,and famous and thus guests get back. and its the successful of the hotels business..and Which is most important in a hotel business according to me.i guess .. .seems to me i was in another world in India which i had never been. Thanks for teaching me this. . which i needed most .. anyway whoever is reading my review for them book this hotel with your own i don't want any travelers from around the world become a victim like me..

Stayed here a couple of times now. Clean, quick check-in. Buffet breakfast not very authentic and quite ordinary but I think they cater to European tastes rather than Indian. A tourist hotel but very comfortable and I would stay here again. Only issue is that it smells of stale smoke a bit masked with cheap room spray.

I just stayed there for a short night stay "in between" airport arrival and train departure. It was basic... not very clean I must say, and a bit old... but in general is a good basic hotel... for such stays it's "ok"... not for a regular and longer city break ....

Very poor ambience and lack of basic aminities. Though they charge a lot the services are not upto the mark. We stayed their for one night. The break fast taste was very very bad, and no proper service. No one should ever try to stay at this hotel as it is not good

The towels in the room were really smelling good (very different from some hotels in India!!)! White and fragrant! Room was cosy. Wi fi was perfect. Breakfast very good with east and western buffet. Very attentive staff. I recommend it strongly!
