It is the worst hotel that we have ever stayed. They say it's a 4 star hotel but it is a lie ! No hot water, no wifi. Bad housekeeping and the floor is very dirty. Horrible bed. We rather stay on the street. They do not understand English and always wait for tips. No proper food. Terrible lift.

Worst hotel in the whole world.. we stay there for a night dinner and breakfast was worst mosquitos are lying in dinner and breakfast.. we then called dominos... girls are also with us and some ppl are disturbing them.. there was many dirty things going on in hotel also.... It was worst hotel i have ever experienced...

i stayed in this hotel for 2 days and found much better than congested karolbagh area. Hotel is recently renovated with some upgradation. rooms are not big but enough for a small family. food was very good. all other service was good.

Worst stay at this hotel...No TV internet...dirty towels...dirty floor...flooded baths..stained sofa...unprofessional staffs...can't manage foreign tourists passport well...being called for police inspection in the morning...what else could I more

Booked 4 rooms through a agent on instructions of booking minimum 3star hotels. All other rooms in other cities booked through agent were good. Arrived at night 10.30 pm in a group of 8 adults and two month baby, were told there is not water supply in hotel so we have to stay some were else they have arranged for us. We were again coming back to same hotel n 2 days time. However we were movd to another hotel which was good, we said don't want to com back again by moving all our luggage and they agreed to let us have another night stay at same place. When we were retuning in 2 days time we were told that we have return back to Aura de Asia again, we did not make a fuss about it as we were going to check in at 11 pm night and check out 6am morning. We were been told over the phone that we have been upgraded for the trouble caused. When we entered room we were shocked to see the state of all the room, we were so funnily shocked that instead of getting angry and upset we were laughing on the situation. One room curtain was completely on the floor, 2 rooms ac not working, 3 rooms no hot water, all rooms very dusty like hell and allergic person or a person with asthma might not survive till morning, I am not showing it as a big deal this is a real situation. poor guy on reception we cannot even blame him as what can he do about it, he is just a staff on his own on the shift. Rooms were unhygienic filthy beds sheets, pillow covers, toilet seats completely broken. In one way this hotel has been the most funny and laughing factor to our group in our 7 days holiday. Please do not stay here it is a joke for the money we paid in half price we would have stayed in 3 times better hotel.
