Sudipto from New Delhi, India recommends this hotel Posted:  Room Quality: 1/5 Service Quality: 1/5 Dining Quality: 1/5 Cleanliness: 1/5

The Hotel should not appear in the list of hotels on the website. I stayed there for 3 nights. They did not even come to clean the rooms , the staff is not trained in softskills. I got stuck here because the budget is low.

This hotel runs a scam that starts with the pre paid rickshaws at Delhi station. They will tell you that you cant go to your hotel, take you to a fake tourist office who will take you here and charge you a lot of money for a terrible room. All the 'managers' tell you different things and try charge you extra at the end for wifi and tax. We refused to pay for the wifi and the 'government tax'. The bathroom is terrible, the staff are liars, the room was full of mosquitoes so we got bitten a lot and couldn't sleep. the whole place is infuriating. Should have contacted the police. Disgraceful.

Terrible. Been in a few hotels in last few days in India. This is one of the worse we seen. Staff is extremely unprofessional and is asking for tips and not leaving room until they get few rupees. Bathroom is terrible. Looks like it never seen a brush and dezinfiction. Sheets and pillows are dirty with stains. We paid for wifi and it wasn't even working! we stayed there for a night and then lucky find decent hotel in same area

Scam! Stay away. Scam! Stay away.

Part of a huge scam. The taxidriver from the pre paid taxi at the airport said he couldn't find the hotel we had booked. He took us to a tourist information center, where they told us our hotel was closed due to a festival. He told us we could stay for free at Blue Sapphire instead. This hotel was really shabby, the staff was rude and would not let us leave the hotel without taking their taxis. When we got in their auto-rickshaw, they continued trying to trick us and refused driving us where we told them. We eventually called the scam, walked out of the auto-rickshaw and snook back into the hotel to get our bags later. Meanwhile we had called the hotel we had booked in advance - which indeed was open.

Pretty rubbish Pretty rubbish

Not the nicest of places to stay. Charged extra for WiFi and not particularly helpful. Has some sort of deal with the tuk tuk drivers. They said they couldn't take us to our hotel but he new one with a room. Drive for almost 20 minutes to get to this place before being charged quite a lot for what it was. Does have a fridge in the room tho.

they collaborate with the so called "tourist and reservation centre" it's all a huge scam. i got scammed to stay there for 1500R and it was very bad! when I wanted to leave after i found out about the scam they refused to let me pay until a guy from the fake tourist office came and wanted me to get into his car. do not stay here!
