Room was reasonably ok.Though they charged INR500 for extra person yet extra bed was not provided. Towels were not clean. Taxi provided was of poor standard while the rates were slightly higher than the market rates.Staff is courteous. Overall Average.

My stay was ok since this is an average hotel. The service was ok as the room service and the reception staff were not very courteous and were professional at the same time. Rooms were nice but damp. Amenities were nice. I may recommend this hotel to others not sure though.

It was a pleasant stay in Bonlon Inn. Although the room size was quite small, yet room was neat clean & well furnished. Its also took some effort to find the hotel. Other than room size, all other things are fine.

Flight delayed, thus taxi driver cound not locate this place around midnight which is located in dark shanty karol bagh area. Reception thugs refused to honour our booking claiming the rates have gone up inspite booking many months ahead, and we ended up paying extra. Slept for a few hours and checked out after breakfast which was brought to our room. Please avoid this area & hotel which is a dump.

Very good location. Small but Nice rooms. Value for money. Food though veg but tasty and reasonable rates. Good for families. Cleanliness well maintained. Staff very attentive. Quick room service. Free breakfast was also satisfactory.

We had booked a room at the Moments Hotel but at the last minute they pushed us out and placed us in the Bonlon! This is at best a one star hotel. EXTREMELY small rooms. There is no place to leave an open suitcase! The Internet is very marginal. The restaurant is unwelcoming. The staff seems to treat guests as someone who is interfering with their lives. Most budget hotels give you a few bottles of complimentary water. Not the Bonlon. We had to ask for a working hot water kettle to make tea or coffee, after getting the kettle , we had to ask for the tea and coffee. Stay at your risk.

once we checked in first they provide me all d facilities .then aftr visiting manali and shimla we came back again and checked in d same hotel again before leaving to my native place they have provided nothing.only 1 towel provided.aprt of thiz rest of d service was excellent.food was in great quality and quantity.2nd day of my first visit they provided me breakfast by 7am whn i asked .thats great commitment thank u
