AJITABH from New Delhi, India recommends this hotel Posted:  Room Quality: 5/5 Service Quality: 5/5 Dining Quality: 3/5 Cleanliness: 5/5

The room alloted to me was very nice with a small minibar. Food was average in taste. Manager was very rude not polite at all. Service and staff was excellent. Its above average property will surely recommend to others.

your in India! your in India!

by Sarah H on February 7, 2017

to start with, i've read the bad reviews on this hotel and to many i suppose you weren't impressed, but, its INDIA, not a country known for its cleanliness, i travelled around India and this seamed a typical mid range hotel, if you want a higher grade then read the reviews and book somewhere else, its very cheap, very Indian, by that i mean most of the food is Indian, if your looking for Full English, you'll be hard pushed to find one anywhere, the bathrooms are very basic, and the rooms could do with a make over, but if you want luxury, go to another country as most of the hotels are like this, unless you pay soooo much more, so enjoy it for what it is, and enjoy being part of an Indian experience, like the saying goes.... When in Rome....

Pre tour atay Pre tour atay

by April-Marie L on January 23, 2017

We stayed here as a part of a pre tour stay... I can't put into words how unsafe I felt. The area was very, very odd. In the middle of a very busy, working street, where the only shops were car "repair" shops. Walking around the area we felt very unease with men following us to our hotel. The hotel itself was like a drop in. Random men (who may or may not have worked there) would sit, in groups of the corridors of the hotel along with the stock/supplies for the hotel. The toilet absolutely stank of sewers and you couldn't shower as there was never any hot water-even after asking the reception- but to be honest, you didn't want to because you couldn't stand the thought of standing in a mouldy, stinky bathroom! The lock on our hotel room door didn't work- it never locked properly and the windows were always cracked open as you couldn't shut them properly so all you could hear, all night long, was people shouting, music and dogs barking. In general the staff that worked there were polite and would offer help but it just was a very unnerve place to sleep. But other than that I can't say much else positive. I wouldn't recommend to stay here, I'd look somewhere else.

Okay for the price -hot water/no bugs Okay for the price -hot water/no bugs

spent two nights here. Part of a tour. The hotel was clean in alignment with standards of cleanliness in India. Staff spoke English and were helpful. Rooms were a little cold, but it's winter and walls are not insulated in India.

So bad.. So bad..

by sldavidson445 on January 18, 2017

Had to stay here as part of a group tour. After countless hours of travelling to arrive to such a god awful room nearly broke me except I was so tired I could do nothing but sleep fully clothed on dirty sheets. The room we had does not look like the photos!! There was no top sheet on the beds and only dirty blankets in the cupboards and it was freezing in the rooms (Delhi in December isn't exactly warm) . There was zero hot water so a shower was out (cold shower when its below 15c out?!). I daren't look at the bathroom too close but it appeared to be clean.. Thank god we only stayed for one night. Only the plus side (hence 2 stars) The staff were nice, there were no bugs and free wifi!

Two Words: Not Good. Two Words: Not Good.

by Alison W on January 12, 2017

The only reason why I am giving this place two stars is for two reasons: 1) I did not see any bugs; 2) the staff were very nice and helpful. Otherwise I would never go near this place again. The only reason why we were there was for the start of our tour and even though there was a large group of people there I felt unsafe.
