The hotel is too good for staying it is having all the facilities and is also well situated in middle of the city one can spend a good time staying in this hotel i recommend to travellers to have a stay at this hotel

Very disappointed Very disappointed

The entire room was dirty with mold and stains all over. Sheets were stained and didn't smell clean. We didn't need it but the TV didn't work. The A\C didn't work. Only one power outlet worked. The ceiling fan broke and it took over 4 hours and 5 tripd to the front desk to finally get someone to come fix it and the person who did left exposed wires out right next to bed. The phone didn't work and when we went downstairs to order food from the in house restaurant and were told to go back up and call the kitchen, we said out phone didn't work and were just waved back upstairs. That night someone knocked on our door at 11pm until we answered to ask if we wanted dinner. The only friendly person in the hotel quickly just turned into a pushy salesman for tours around the city and forced me to speak with his travel agent friend on the phone after repeatedly saing no and then seemed offended when I said "thanks but no thanks" to his friend. The internet didn't reach the room and we were only on the second floor and just above reception. We didn't pay a lot and had low expectations but still ended up very disappointed.

The hotel is amazing... Staff is very friendly especially the manager,... He is a great person... The location is also fantastic...24*7 wifi facility available...24*7 cab and rikshaw service is also available... The market is superb....8.5/10

I travel a lot, always in low budget hotels, I'm a backpacker, but I have never seen something like this. Everything is really really dirty. Lobby is dirty, room is dirty, bathroom was full of hairs. Sheets were used and with stains. Tv was not working. Internet was not working. One person of the staff was nice (one of the younger boys). The older man was not welcoming at all and he really doesn't know how to behave with guests. I do not understand how is possibile to run an hotel in this way. Do not go there!

We stayed for one night to catch our early morning flight for Leh.... Rooms are very small, however, within budget (500) that was fine...They arranged early morning airport drop (3.45 am) & charged 450...hotel staffs are good enough to help you out.....and, the hotel is very near to Delhi railway station....
