Sony bravia LED in every room with digital set top box and also small fridge in every room another plus point is WI FI speed is around 500kbs i downloaded 10 gbs in 5 hrs. toilets are clean as whistle and room service is 24 hr without hesitation actually all the staff is very helping and generous, it was very peaceful and relaxing experience to stay here.

Dirty rooms, broken door knobs, leaking taps, so many things are bad about this hotel....you name it and you have it. Due to the location it is always fully booked, so the manager and staff hardly cares. As long as the business is flowing, why bother? Duh!
Hi all. I'm Mr Narendra from Mauritius. I've been staying at the hotel for the past 6 years along with my wife and 2 kids now aged 10 and 15. I'm trying to be as impartial as possible after going through the reviews. Firstly, this is a budget hotel. So, it would be unfair to expect 5* services, right? The positives: 1. The location. It's right next to Ajmal Khan Rd, the fashion boulevard of Karol Bagh, one of the most popular shopping areas in Delhi. 2. It's a walking distance from the Karol Bagh Metro Station. 3. It's a walking distance from all the eateries patronized by foreigners like myself: Spicy, Raffles, Subway, KFC, Pizza Hut, McDonalds etc. 4. Safety: we've been staying there for 6 years and never even found a pin missing from our luggage or a rupee taken from our room. 5. The staff: both the hotel and management staff are polite and helpful. Unlike at other hotels they don't pressurize you for tips. If You wish to give them something upon your DEPARTURE, then it's up-to You. Special mention to Rohit, Dheeraj Kumar and the ever-smiling doorman. Now, the negatives: 1. The surroundings of the hotel might be a put-off for foreigners. But, remember this is India... 2. Hot water is NOT available 24 hrs a day. You have to phone the reception and ask them to put the boiler on. Sometimes I've had to wait in the shower for 30 mins!!! That's my biggest complaint. 3. Breakfast : lack of variety. My family and I have previously stayed at the hotel continuously for 3 weeks and the menu was more or less same everyday. Also, compared to 3 years, ago, now fruits and Tetrapak juice are no longer available. But still, You can eat as much as You want and the staff happily serve You bread or toast, with butter, jam, tea or coffee. That's what we foreigners usually have, right? To conclude: would I advise Hotel Delhi Pride to my friends? Yes, as long as they are not too difficult.
The location of the hotel and the exterior view of the hotel is pleasant. The service of staff is highly cordial. The rooms are a bit smaller so if you have kids, it could be a bit of trouble. The food served is clean and tastes OK. Overall a good place to stay if u are in Delhi.
It was wonderful experience while staying at hotel delhi pride. It feels like home everytime I stayed. Rooms were clean, hygienic and spacious. Staff is always nice and helpful. Market and metro station are just at walkable distance. Will definitely recommend Hotel Delhi Pride.
I ad.anuradha was with my son Dr. Abhinav for over night in the hotel as I was having my flight indigo from Delhi to udaipur we checked out from the hotel and the hotel taxi dropped us to airport .but as the indigo employees are very rude and non helping and non cooperative nonhuman , even after our Web check in they didn't allow us to fly . so I called back to hotel and talked to Mr. Paul the duty manager .
