I booked a room at the Hotel Galaxy Inn on Booking.com. We were brought to this hotel after some confusion with the cab driver as the map on Booking.com shows a different location. We had to pay for the room up front which was odd, usually you pay when you check out. We went to the room and the sheets and bed cover were dirty and stained. We insisted they change them. They changed the sheet but not the cover. The new sheet had stains on it that were worse than the first one. I had to ask for towels and toilet paper. They only gave me one towel even though there were 2 of us staying in the room. I showed the guy at the reception the pictures from the place I had booked and he said all those rooms were booked. The floor we were on had lots of empty rooms. We asked for our money back and they would not give it back because we had been in the room for an hour. My husband looked at the rooms one floor above and was horrified by what he saw. There were pigeons and pigeon droppings in the rooms and bugs crawling all over the place. I think this hotel is using various names (Hotel Galaxy, Hotel Galaxy Inn) and are using pictures from another place because this hotel did not have the rooms pictured in the hotel that I had booked. Its a scam hotel.
