Overall and average hotel and they are prompt and quick in replying staff. We were alloted a Deluxe single room. Room was ok but the bathroom wasn't so.
We stayed for three nights. The location was one of their best aspects. It was very central. Room was very good.
Minus hot water facility its really a very good hotel. Room was neat and clean. Food was good its reasonable and value for money.
Room alloted was very spacious and clean but i was not happy with the bathroom it could have been much better. Staff was great at the service. Food was very tasty. Its recommendable to others.
We did not liked the hotel ambiance. The cleanliness was missing. But the staff members were co-operative and my family suite was good.

It is located one lane inside main Karol Bagh Market area. So as soon as anybody come out from hotel to main road...it is a nice market where anybody can find some best outfit, attire, traditional dresses....also anybody can stroll here to spend time and also can find food corner serving really nice tasty local food. The added advantage of this hotel is its proximity to Karol Bagh Metro Station, which is hardly 10min. walk away. Well hotel is also simple & decent, so for small/medium business person or for a family who is visiting Delhi for shopping.. it can be a good choice. I didn't find any issue in hotel during my stay & at the price it was available.. it was really a surely a good choice.
this hotel is budgut hotel in the main market karol bagh gaffar market near metro station and reception staff is very nice food taste is very good and room service is good and all rooms full A/c over all nice experince.
The overall ambience was Ohk, But located in far away from metro station, need to walk 15 min it's quite difficult to locate without GPS.It's not recommended for families, business travelers can Njoy staying at here
OYO promises a certain standard of cleanliness and comfort which is lacking in OYO Hotel Garden View. 1 and a half years ago I stayed at the OYO ROOMS opposite the railway station. It was basic but cleanliness and comfort were 5 star. While this particular OYO hotel is conveniently located the carpets, floor, and bathroom could do with a thorough cleaning. The flush tank button is broken. Hot water is only luke warm. There is no sheet under the blanket. No hand towel has been provided. And no one answers the phone. OYO's formula of converting existing hotels to their brand is not working.
Hotel Garden View (Oyo rooms Gaffar Market 1) Hotel Garden View is very conveniently located near the Karol Bagh market, just around 100 meters from UCB, Westside, and Pantaloons showrooms. Just couple of minutes of walk will take you to the busy shopping district of Karol bagh and you will be greeted by hundreds of hawkers, roadside shop and branded showrooms. The hotel is little old and was undergoing renovation at the time of my stay, mainly its toilet needs a complete makeover. At first to my disgust, I was allotted to a room which has a really really old toilet, I complained it to the management. Then the management shifted me to a better room. I am impressed with the prompt response of the management. Pros: 1. Location is very good. Karol bagh metro station is in walking distance. 2.The room,toilet, and linen was neat and clean. 3. The Wi-Fi speed was good. 4. The flat screen TV worked properly. 5. The management and staffs were well behaved and friendly Cons: 1. The complimentary breakfast was served on the roof in the winter, which is not a good idea. The breakfast served there was also very average. They need to serve the breakfast in the room. 2. To switch on the geyser, AC, you need to call the reception, which is very fashioned and didnt give the guest the control. They need to change this. 3. Sometimes the in floor telephones for house-keeping keep on ringing the whole night, which disturbs the other guests. They need to shift the house keeping calls in a particular place, so the other guests are not disturbed. Overall, it was a good experience. The hotel is run by very experienced and friendly management. By improving few small things, they can dramatically improve the guest experience.
