Should provide kettle in rooms... breakfast can improve, the choice is limited.
It was a bad experience with this hotel. Room was dirty not cleaned properly. Staffs were poor in service.
They do not have their own restaurant or coffee shop. Otherwise, the room quality was good with all the basic facilities like comb, shoe polish etc... Service was wonderful by the staffs. Its value for money.
This is a worthy property. We had a comfortable stay in a standard room. The room service did a good job, even the food served was up to mark. It is an above average property for sure.
The hotel is in the heart of the city. Room was stunningly clean with all the facilities. Staff were helpful & friendly.

Me and my family stayed 3 nights in this hotel during the month of October 2016. We have booked the suite room inc breakfast. Please note that though they mention about bathtub but it is non-functional. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. They have limited options of Breakfast which was complimentary. Staffs were helpful and cordial. Though it is located in a busy part of the city, bad traffic and congested good part is there is a market place within walking distance where you can enjoy roadside shopping one of the attraction of Delhi.
The staff are super friendly, a little reserved but very willing to help. Rajeesh was a great help to a foreigner in a new city! The hotel rooms are big and basic. The food in the restaurant upstairs is good. It is located close to everything you may need. The huge street market a few blocks down the street is a great place to shop, eat, people watch and experience India. A good day tour of the city and history of Delhi can be arranged at the front desk...that was a great tour. Hotel Grand Park Inn.... is a hotel or a Inn? Both...a good place to lay your head and a good base camp for Delhi. !
This is a good, clean, comfortable hotel that offers excellent service. I have stayed here on three different occasions and the staff remained warm, welcoming and was always ready to go the extra morning mile. Hats off to an excellent manager, Mr Madan Pai.
The services of this hotel was great. We arranged for an airport transfer at 11pm at night and the driver was on time and easily found us. As it was our first time in Delhi, the staff was more than happy to guide us to certain places. Rooms were definitely the same as the photos and the breakfast was great, however, the walls were thin so could hear all the noise outside which made it difficult for sleep.
Staff were helpful and friendly. We booked an extra night at this hotel at the start of the tour, through G Adventures, so expected to have the same room the next night. When we arrived, they said we were booked in upgraded hotel a short distance down the street. (It wasn't upgraded). It was called the Park Inn C Hotel and a bit worse than the Park Inn, due to the bathroom looking very grimy in places. The next day due to time difference, we set off around 1.30pm to look around Delhi, then to be asked as leaving the hotel 'where is your luggage to move to other room and other hotel?' After we realised what they meant, we had to quickly pack our cases and be taken to the Grand Park Inn Hotel. It would have been nice to have been informed of this beforehand or for us to just have the same room for 2 nights as expected. This was a bit irritating, but we just thought, 'all part of the adventure in India!' We also stayed one night in the Grand Park Inn Hotel at the end of our 8 day tour. Both hotel rooms were extremely noisy from the road traffic (no double glazed windows), also noisy every night from phone ringing on landing outside, where staff wait ready to be called for room service (or maybe their friends). I was woken on many occasions by the phone ringing or furniture upstairs moving in the middle of the night (the restaurant was above our room). Take some sleeping pills to ensure a good sleep! Hotel room bed was clean with cotton bed linen. Good firm mattresses. Floors and bathrooms were not clean and quite run down. We went expecting low standards as much of India is known for this, so we were prepared. Fortunately, there was no real bad smells and the weather at the end of Nov was not too hot so didn't need air con so don't know how that was. Towels were not provided on our last night but could be requested. We didn't have any hot water problems but didn't use it much. Other people on the tour had hot water problems. Didn't watch TV but there was one old one in room. Breakfast is not included but reasonably priced and tasted fine. Staff were welcoming.
