The location is good. Close to North campus of the Delhi university. Also has a famous Sikh temple and an Ashram very close to it. The property is well made with good comfortable rooms. The only thing missing was a swimming pool coz at this price we expected a pool. Breakfast was average. No buffet but we can order from an array of selection. Would easily give a. 8.5/10 overall stay. Had a swimming pool or spa been there easily 10/10

No facilities, stinking bath rooms and old looking bed covers, linen. AC no regulator, no bath room accessories, you can prepare tea and stir with your own back end of tooth brush, outside ambience appears okay. Yet to see their complimentary breakfast. Checking out 4 hours prior. When you have no other options, this is fine. Fortunately, front desk people are doing excellently well.

This hotel is your average 3 star hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful. Many of the staff speaks English. The rooms are a decent size and the AC works awesome. They offer an Indian Veg breakfast buffet each morning, but the choices are limited. The beds are very hard. They do offer laundry service, but there is no gym. It was convenient to where we needed to work each day, but not many things right near by to walk to for dinner.

I think the management needs to tighten its belt and be reprimanded for not letting this great property live/operate to its full potential. Very sad this is not the case because the hotel could be a great hotel in this area of North Delhi. In its present form the hotel might not attract the luxury seeking patrons who can afford 4 star quality. I would not mind paying more for this hotel room if the quality improves many times to equate to a 4 star property; even a 3.5 star property. I found this hotel at a hotel aggregator site and booked from there, seeing the proximity to places I wanted to visit, and that virtually no online review I read rated the service average; almost all reviews loved the service and gave the staff all fives. Now, my review. (I still have one more night at this hotel.) I booked a "standard" room because this hotel was kind of a gamble for me. From my experience, if the hotel stay is good in a standard room, it would be good in other categories also. First non front desk staff: They are all courteous and great! Front desk folks need more training to represent their "Four star" luxury hotel with Four star in-person and telephone communication skills. They need to be more warm; and smile please! Front desk folks are the face of the hotel and the real hosts for guests. (I might be comparing the front desk staff to other four star hotels I have stayed at. Hosting is a basic hotel front-desk skill taught in any hospitality training; and this hotel promotes itself as a four star). Room service: No brown sugar at the hotel this 4 star hotel at all! I am allergic to white sugar and sweetners; I asked a few times for brown sugar and even told the staff and front desk that I am allergic, but all i get was sweetners and white sugar. Staff is very courteous. And great Ginger tea! Breakfast: Did not see 4 star or even a 3 star quality. Not much variety for health conscious folks. I have had much better breakfast at a regular 3 star property. and this hotel promotes itself as a luxury four star property. And they need to have more than one staff member present during breakfast. Room: Overall good. Much room to improve. Specifically, bed lenin is old and drab. bed side table lamps do not work. AC is great. Good decor. Bathroom sucks! exhaust does not work. Because of the bathroom, when I checked in I had to ask the front desk to give me another room. It was worse. Then I accepted to keep this room if hotel cleans up my room and bathroom. I am allergic to mildew and the shower had mildew. The inside face of bathroom door is damaged because of humidity. The bathroom floor has black markings near the drain and looking at it reminds me of a leaking sewer manhole cover. The toilet seat is not installed properly into the wall; with the seat down one can see the gap and that makes one wonder if this hotel is really serious about its business. Housekeeping: Very courteous staff. They need more training to clean. Good stuff: My sugar allergies infected my face and I asked the front desk to see if someone can get me a medicine because the bellboy said he could get stuff from the market if required. That was a good experience at the hotel. He took more than the MRP but that is okay. I would have paid him a higher tip if he did not add his tip himself! The bell boy is very courteous and pleasant though. The building is not well maintained from the inside. My room and the the room I saw earlier needed a lot of maintenance. I think the hotel either need to up their efforts and get closer to a luxury hotel property or stop promoting and misleading people. I asked the front desk to show me the certificate that confers the star rating for the hotel. I doubt it they can show me anything of the sort. Wifi needs improvement. Overall, a great potential hotel property is being wasted. The hotel has great people working there who need better training. Start with that and the star rating will come on its own! Good luck. Now I have another day or if I like it, a few more days here. Lets see how it will end up being.

We been to this hotel in June 2016 for 20 nights. Hotel staff is very cordial. Property is also good in North Delhi, near to Delhi Metro. Rooms are spacious with all amenities. In house food though limited choice of variety, but tasty. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Complimentary wifi support is also very good. But staff is very supportive & yes morning buffet breakfast is sumptuous. Overall stay was indeed very pleasant.
