We were forced to stay here when our preferred hotel was fully booked. Although our agent had booked us in, the very rude and offhand receptionist/manager had no record of it. He grudgingly booked us in anyway. Other staff were much more friendly. Room very small, with powerful deodorant disguising smell of (probably) smoking previous occupier. Stains on sheets. Grey, hard towels. We didn't feel clean here. Breakfast very poor, served in freezing cold rooftop restaurant. Very noisy. Even at the price, this hotel is poor value.

You should expect less!! You should expect less!!

That is a budget hotel. We stayed there for 2 nights. But it was worse than we expected. Towels were very hard and dirty. It makes us fell dirty. Breakfast were less than avarage. But staffs were helpful. Something happened about our key and hot water in the bathroom they came immediately to the room and solved that as soon as they can.

We strayed at Gulnar for three nights and had booked 2 rooms. 5/12 to 6/12 was vey pleasant. Easy check in, absolutely nice rooms for a budget hotel. The cook Rajendra was very humble and obliging with our dietary needs.Food was absolutely delicious and hygienically presented. Arrival on 8/12 was late in te evening with a very rude, judgemental manager called Shri Kant who lacked basic empathy. After the long chaotic traffic he insisted on filling a visistors book with numerous columns for each person while he sat and mused. Then after sometime he gave us room on 1st floor and separated my gals with a room in between. Despite camera I did nor feel secure because the street below is very random. After much yelling and frustration I was given 2 rooms adjacent to each other which was full of mould and broken toilet flush. Remember, Sheets are very dirty full of stains- buy yourself bed covers form shops Towels are grey, hard and smelt of smoke , they will make you feel dirtier that what you started with. Pictures will help make up your mind about this hotel. Its not bad for budget hotel but wall aredisgusting with moulds gowing on them First night stay in room 507 508 nice rooms

The quality rooms are average for this range of hotels, expect for what you pay. I stayed there with my mom and auntie from 2/11 till 4/11 and from 8/11 till 11/11. The hotel was very noisy. You can hear all the noise of the corridor from your room. In our first stay there were some firecrackers also. In our second stay there was a party on the rooftop and the music was very loud till midnight. We were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms. But the personnel is very helpful, starting from reception to lobby boy. Special thanks to Daniel, who gave me a lot of useful advice and tips about nearby area.

We had a very nice stay at Gulnar Hotel. We were very stressed out as we landed in Delhi when the government changed some old notes and all the atm and banks were not working. The hotel manager and staff were really helpful and they made our stay really enjoyable. The hotel is modern and has hot water and fast wifi. It's not far from the main attractions and it is in a safe neighbourhood at night. Very nice.
