I booked through oyo.. the hotel is located in a convenient place..the room was very very small..dirty walls did not give a good feeling, bed clothes were very old and did feel clean at all.. the ac was running well and room service was ok.. I would avoid staying in this hotel in future.

We went this hotel with my family. This hotel is very terrible inside. Very bad service given by staff. Rates are very high according to facilities.Very small Room with smelly bathroom.This hotel is very unsafe in every time.

The hotel is right at the beginning part of Pahar Ganj, few minutes from metro. Employees are helpful and kind. The food is delicious and normal price. WiFi best I found in India so far. My room is a bit small, they may have bigger ones as well. It has fan and AC and many lighting options. Comes with flat TV with many channels and water heater. It is nicely decorated and bathroom is clean as well. You can feel they make effort to provide a good service.

Believe me, I have never been to such an unprofessional hotel ever! First of all, the room was very small compared to what it was depicted in the listing picture while booking it from Oyo Rooms. With a bed in the room, there was no space to walk around. There was no natural light or air at all. It was suffocating. The bathroom was very small even to take a bath properly. Making it worse, I found a used condom in the bathroom near washbasin. Secondly, the staff was very unfriendly and rude- be it room service guy or managers. Normally you would expect people in hospitality business to be humble but these guys were miles away from being humble or friendly. They were behaving as if they were doing any favour to me. Whats worse is what I had to choose from in the name of complementary breakfast from Oyo- Aloo parantha and omelette- thats it, no third option at all. And they had put this limit of only two paranthas and one omelette for two people staying in a room- one more reason to not fall in the trap of complementary breakfast of Oyo Rooms. At the time of checkout, the guy on the desk included 10% extra service charges on hotel tariff and 3% extra amount on option to pay via card- Good that I recalled Oyos email saying that I wasnt supposed to pay any extra service charges and I called their customer care. Hotel management discouraged any other payment method than cash (I dont know why the hell have they even mentioned the Pay by Card option in their listing on Oyo Rooms) when they discourage the same big time. All in all, it was the worst decision ever to book through a filthy hotel like this through Oyo because of the above reasons.

Staff given true guide to reach easily his hotel. Location is perfect.We booked room through phone call. Room size is OK but decoration inside hotel is superb.Clean hotel with clean bathroom.Silent environment ,no disturbance from Staff or other guest.Highly recommend.
