We had a very good experience with the hotel. They were prompt in coming to the airport and picking us up. The room was very nice, and surprisingly larger than expected. It was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was small, and wasn't well maintained. They need to update the bathrooms. We didn't dine in, so cannot comment on the food quality.

This is the wast hotel I had selected by review from tripadvisor and other web site. Don't go with the hotel. It is batter to spend few more money and book another hotel. Toilet was Derry. Bed sheet not clean. Don't go again

Nice Hotel. Polite staff at reception. All room requirements were carried out immediately. Room was spacious, comfortable and convenient. Rate is also moderate. No Restaurant attached (in Delhi, no hotel can have kitchen by order of corporation, so lodging is separate, dinning is separate) however, this hotel carried our room service by procuring food items we ordered.

The hotel staff members are so inclined towards making money that they tricked us into going by one of their taxis by mentioning a fake charge and then increased the amount when we reached the destination. The hospitality expected was not reached. The food was a little good but the price was hefty. The interiors are all worn out. The furniture and bathing accessories were all old and worn out. The gaming arena they had is now converted into a sort of a dustbin or a mini scrapyard. Totally hated it.

We stayed for one night at the Hanuwant Palace... from the vary moment you walk in it is so bright and a very welcome... to all of us.. The bedroom was very clean and we loved the kitchenette.... loved the Ice cream restaurant.. and we like the buggy table. the grandkids loved it,,, We will be back! Also loved the view from our room...

Had an excellent experience. the conference center is ideally set up for our group and the location is ideal in the New delhi area. having fridge and microwave in the rooms is wonderful for travelers wanting to keep to their normal eating habits.
