an average hotel. OK for one night stay or two. cleanliness is OK BUT CAN BE IMPROVED. the bed was too soft to sleep and hence the sleep is disrupted. BUFFET BREAKFAST is not good with limited options mostly things were cold and staff was not very cordial with poor service.

I have been there at Hotel Impress in couple of occasions during business trips, generally for over night stay to catch morning flight. Overall experience is good, fast check in and check out, Not spoltless but clean rooms. Wifi is really slow and need attention. Buffet breakfast has very limited options and need improvement. Overall my stays were comfortable but I think some delightment factor is missing. Hope they will do something unique for delightment of customers.

Rooms are spacious,but cleanliness was problem.Toilet was stained.Quilts were not clean.They have men power shortage.Even for water you have to call many times.They have good parking space.Food was good.Need to improve in cleanliness part.

Loved a lot.Enjoyed the meals and the cleanliness. hot water was available without any concern. The food quality was superb.According to me its a 4 star hotel based on the amenities at such a great price

Good enough for a short stay, very close to airport metro line and the highway to Gurgaon. Breakfast options were decent and hospitality, while not fabulous, was sufficient. Room given to me was spacious and comfortable.
