I booked it through clear trip and as per the voucher, I was supposed to pay xx amount, though it later came up on my bill with some luxury taxes etc which I wasn't made aware of even on the site. However, I requested an early check-in and after a little discussion they did provide me same. So I have one big and one big minus for the place. Rooms - Spacious, dim lit, properly equipped. Bathrooms - Big and hot water availability. Room service - Above average. Food - Good taste and decent prices WiFi - 5/5 Phone networks - Pretty bad Not a budget hotel Breakfast - Average Since I had to stay only 1 day, I dint have any major expectations.

Room & Elevator: The room is spacious, clean with dim lighting. Bathroom was small during the first 2 nights but were surprised to have a bigger bathroom during our last night after our full tour! There are mini toiletries (as in super mini!) bucket in the shower area and water pressure is sometimes unpredictable. Air-conditioning is controlled in the reception. Theres a ceiling fan and the door lock is old school. The elevator is super-fast that you might just want to take the stairs instead!haha. Good thing there are 3 floors only. Wifi & Breakfast: Given the outdated facilities, surprisingly their WIFI connection is fast! So were totally fine with our whole stay in Intercity Breakfast serves Indian cuisines with 5-6 options plus omelet cooking station. Location & Service: Service is remarkably fast. Anything that we requested from the reception was delivered promptly. Location is perfect as it was just a few steps away from the public market, McDonalds, one restaurant is literally outside the hotel.

This hotel was booked by our travel and it was not a good experience from the moment we checked-in. Long check-in period, poor lighting, aircon not working, toilet flush not working and average breakfast served. Walking distance to Chandni Chowk markets, where you can shop and theres 1 vegetarian shop at the corner, serves good food. Poor wifi signal and hot water has to be requested to be turned on.

Didn't find this hotel particularly inviting or friendly. The hotel staff play extremely loud music in the lobby at night time, not ideal if staying on the ground floor like we were. We organised an early breakfast for the morning as we were catching an early train. We left at 5am, with both the security guard and hotel staff fast asleep on the ground, and no breakfast was provided. Hotel isn't central to main attractions in Delhi. Wouldn't recommend.

The hotel staff is very helpful. Breakfast is good. Room size and furniture are ok too. There is a hot water 24/7 by request. You need to call the lobby, if it is turned off. My room was quite dirty. However, other people staying at the same hotel at the same time didn't have this problem. The street is noisy.
