Didn't find this hotel particularly inviting or friendly. The hotel staff play extremely loud music in the lobby at night time, not ideal if staying on the ground floor like we were. We organised an early breakfast for the morning as we were catching an early train. We left at 5am, with both the security guard and hotel staff fast asleep on the ground, and no breakfast was provided. Hotel isn't central to main attractions in Delhi. Wouldn't recommend.

The hotel staff is very helpful. Breakfast is good. Room size and furniture are ok too. There is a hot water 24/7 by request. You need to call the lobby, if it is turned off. My room was quite dirty. However, other people staying at the same hotel at the same time didn't have this problem. The street is noisy.

After reading the reviews for this hotel, I was hopeful that perhaps the negatives were all exaggerated, and that it wouldn't be as bad as what everyone says. I was wrong. Firstly, checking in was an absolute nightmare. The manager on duty didn't seem to have a clue about our booking, despite the most detailed of paperwork from all our bookings and travel agent. And in the end, the rooms he finally gave us were incorrect, with the wrong bedding allocation. The rooms themselves aren't terrible in terms of their space and layout. But the noise is absolutely INSANE. You will NOT be able to sleep here without earplugs - so make sure you bring them. The bathroom did not have a shower curtain, and despite this - there was NO hot water anyway. The fridge was beyond disgusting, with brown water in the tray. Consider this hotel as a last resort - somewhere to store your luggage and to watch television in your room. If you want somewhere to relax, or to rest well, this is not it.

First of all I know Delhi is hectic yet, they accommodated my parents for an early check in that is really very nice. For that single gesture I have raised the points for this slight average hotel property. These days good will & gesture is rare commodity & I believe we need to show more gratitude for that than take it for granted. So Thanks for that gesture - it really helped for my aging parents for whom I am putting up this review. They found the hotel room pleasant & all amenities up to the standard & even big, however the cleanliness is something that needs to be paid a tad bit more attention.

There is nothing special about this hotel apart from the location. The location is absolutely the sealer for this hotel. Its good as a business hotel. The breakfast options was very less and the 2 days that we stayed there was very uneventful.
