Super Deluxe Room

The rooms at the hotel were small but clean and the bathroom was very basic. The hotel is in a good location but is very noisy all day. The walls seem to lack any form of insulation. Most staff were friendly here. I would recommend this as a budget hotel in Delhi.
Had stayed with a friend from U.S its a great budget hotel, in Karol bagh. Decent location, comes up second on google search, if you type Hotel Ivory. The room was clean at check in. Overall appreciated the hospitality by the staff and the owner Arun. Thank you guys
You get what you pay for with this hotel. Rooms are smallish but clean and the bathroom is basic. There is a working fan and it was very noisy all day. The hotel was in a good location and most of the staff were friendly. This is a good option for those who are travelling on a budget.
Don't go there! First: They didn't pick me up from the airport. But the worst thing was, after I told them I want to pay in cash, (why shouldn't I?) since my credit card got stolen the day before they asked for a much higher price. After I refused to pay more than the amount I booked, they took my personal belongings away and started insulting me! It was my worst experience on an amazing trip through India and I don't want anyone to have the same experience. Just go somewhere else!
The hotel is just below average one. The building itself is shabby from out. The rooms are small. The bedsheets and bath towels very poor and dull. The bathroom was smelly and did not have an exhaust fan and was not clean. The shower curtains in the bathroom was also smelly. The hot water facility in the bathrooms also poor. Each time we had to call the house keeping for hot water and had to wait as well as change the water at least 4 buckets to get the hot water. And that it was just warm not hot. The room service and breakfast was also not good. I don't think they have a good restaurant with seating facility as the breakfast was arranged in front of the reception area which was very small. The place is in the heart of Karol Bagh and noisy till late night, so the sleep quality was poor. The surroundings are also very pathetic and when you step out of the hotel, small children ( beggars) follow us and disturbs us and keeping on begging for money. Everyday that was the condition. The only advantage is it is near the Metro station. So I won't recommend this hotel.
