Please avoid this place at any cost Everything is poor & pathetic .. No parking.. full of stains.. no hot water.. pathetic food.. poor hygiene.. stale rooms.. not worth to write even a review.. Enter this palace at your own peril !!!

This hotel is not worth staying. Rooms and washrooms were small. Also some good maintenance work is required. Service was below par and can be improved. Food was average. Staff can be more courteous. overall, not worth staying.

Rooms were not good. Toilets and washrooms were terrible. AC was not working. Very bad experience while checking in. Receptionist attitude was not very good. Don't pay more than Rs 1000 for these rooms.

Go there in the hotel if you have no other choice in the west side of delhi. It is located in the intersection of Naraina / Kirti Nagar and also Rajouri Garden Majorly used by the people of west delhi for their drink parties. Their non veg serving is good and the owners are a good bunch of people

If there was minus rating i would have given this Hotel that. I had visited Delhi over the weekend and one of my relative had booked here for 2 night stay (over the phone) . Unfortunately i had checked in late night with 8 family members so we dint have energy to change hotels late at 12 in the night. Their problems :-- 1. Terrible location - far from station, airport at a crowded junction. 2. Horrible rooms - the kind you get at a cheap lodging, dusty & uncleaned beds, dirty blankets, towels, AC took 3 hours to cool the room, TV not working & the bathrooms were worst than our Indian Railway compartment toilets. And worst part - this was their best rooms. 3. Incompetent staff - Rude, useless, just plain stupid. After checking late night they had not given any towels,soaps, water, AC was not working.I had called 3 times for the same but no 1 showed up. Next morning too we did not get anything. 4. Worst management - After a disappointing stay i spoke to owner and some manager about the problems to see if could better something or we were to check. But instead of apologizing or taking care of their customer they threatened and took us for ransom saying that we had to pay for both days or they would not let us go. We were shocked to see the owners dont care attitude in this competitive environment. Since i had come with my family and dint want to create a scene in from them i had to shell out for 2 nights where i stayed for only 1 that to the worst hotel experience of my life.
