Idiot Manager Idiot Manager

by 179vikasg on July 27, 2017

The manager in morning shift is a idiot with zero hospitality knowledge. We booked the room through goibobo with all taxes paid but on arriving we were told to pay taxes extra. Since it was a business visit and at time of check in was not having energy to tackle the idiot. Rooms were clean with bed small double bed. Place could be avoided and can't be recommended

Good location and clean rooms Good location and clean rooms

by Nigel L on April 18, 2017

The location for this hotel is in a busy jewellery hub and a car and motorbike repair and sales area. That being said, the room was clean, although small. Only stayed one night and although we arrived very early, the staff were very obliging and courteous. As this is our first trip to India, we do not have any reference points for this country, but would stay here again if we had the choice.

Good Hotel for Business Trip Good Hotel for Business Trip

by NiravGangar on March 12, 2017

Spacious rooms, clean bathrooms and decent breakfast spread! Well we checked-in pretty late at night but have to say their Check-in system is pretty up-tight with all the photos system and all. The major thing that put me off was that they did not provide any water in the room, so everyday after coming back we had to call the room service and ask them to send us a bottle of water! The beds were very comfortable to sleep in and the linens were clean enough for me. The breakfast din't have a very big spread but it was enough to fill the stomach. The staff was helpful also. So, all in all, it is a good comfortable hotel to stay in.

Dont be fooled by the pretty lights Dont be fooled by the pretty lights

by Wineandfoodwriter on November 21, 2016

Bland and no soul, that's how I would describe the hotel. Our first night there we thought we had pulled up in Las Vegas there were so many lights around the hotel but the hotel was surrounded by a jewellery store and the lights belonged to them. When we entered the tiny green door we were woken from our dream by a hotel that looked like it hadn't been changed since the 1950s. The staff grasp of English was very limited although polite and we were taken up to our room. It's obvious that cleaners in India aren't trained or challenged, the room was quite dirty, especially the bathroom. The furniture was old and tired and mismatched but we were only staying two nights - thank goodness. The street the hotel was on was also quite disgusting with piles of dirt and paper in piles and the next block contained a market which it seemed only operated at night. The shops around the hotel were closed and looked as if they had been abandoned but they hadn't. The next day we saw some of them open. This is the jewellery district and the block in the opposite direction was wall to wall jewellery stores. Some of the stores had guards at the front with shot guns but I don't think they would stop and young thief because they were both very old. The whole area has a dismal appearance and we were glad to leave. Not a place I would recommend.
