The rooms are small. The service is just average.
Basic hotel, average rooms and service. Good since the price is right.I will recommend this hotel to my friends. It is located near to many tourist places. Hotel has 24 hrs room service, hot & cold water and a TV.
The hotel is highly not suitable for business class people. The staff is highly unprofessional. They provided me with the towel after number of reminders and after 15 minutes. In my life very strange system for the lift, it does not halt at 1st floor and my room was on 1st floor (room no. 105). So either i should go to 2nd floor and climb down or climb to 1st floor.my room was on 1st floor (room no. 105). So either i should go to 2nd floor and climb down or climb to 1st floor.
I am a frequent visitor to this hotel I advised them to give me a room which had an a/c which was working fine. This hotel has a restaurant which is awful and the food does not have any taste. The location is pathetic surrounding area is a slum and would.

I had booked 2 rooms for three days (6 Sept-9 Sept 2016). Despite checking-in at the hotel at 11:00 PM on 6th, we paid the full amount for that day. Cleartrip said that Credit Cards were accepted at the hotel but the machine (apparently) was not working. On 6th we were allotted two rooms. One Triple occupancy and one double occupancy. The AC in the triple occupancy was not working. The double occupancy was previously occupied by a student preparing for his UPSC exam and the room was in utter mess. The linen was so unclean. After an argument with the hotel staff, they agreed to change the room the next day and repair the AC in the triple occupancy room. The next day, while one of the rooms was changed, the AC in the triple occupancy after being repaired (apparently again) was not up to the mark. There was no Hot Water available in the hotel. Most of the rooms is let out to students preparing for their UPSC exams on a monthly basis and there is absolutely no maintenance. Toilets are unclean. I was deceived by the images shared on Cleartrip. Lastly when I asked for a receipt, the guy at the reception refused. After speaking to the owner over the past three days, arguing, threatening to change the room, I managed to get one. One of the worst experiences of staying with family at this place. We had to catch an early flight to Mumbai on 9, so ordered room service for tea. But they denied serving us. After much deliberation, the hotel guy went and got tea from outside at the cost mentioned in their menu. So basically I had to pay 20 Rs for a cup of cutting chai that costs Rs 7/8. Do not go by hotel images on ClearTrip and other travel sites. Please check beforehand. Do not hesitate to pay a little extra to get good rooms. But BEWARE of such fraudulent/scam places.
Hotel is located after 3 street of gaffer market. Hotel looks good from out side and inside also. I had comfortably stay in spacious room. Restaurant facility is not available as shown in few picture that they have rooftop restaurant but they have room service and they deliver food in room if you order. Food were good too. They arranged cab for local travel at good price. Staff were friendly and always at service to help and serve you. Hotel cleanness is need to improve.
The hotel location makes it a choice of everyone as it is accessible from everywhere. It is centrally located having all the required amenities. The infrastructure of this hotel is quite old but it is maintained. Rooms were well furnished and neatly arranged. From bedcovers to towel everything was clean. Daily housekeeping service is available. They serve delicious food that too in variety. So, you should choose this hotel for satisfactory and cushy stay.
Hotel joyti deleux is convencily located just 100 meter from karol bag maket area and 200 meter from gaffer market area and around 800 meter from karol bag metro station. Hotel room, linen and toilet was clean. Wi fi work at good speed. Lcd tv work good. The management and staff well behaved and friendly. Housekeeping staff need to be more professional as they most of time delay in service. Some time they off light of lift so you need to call them and then they will start lift. Overall it was good experience. By improving few things they can increase experience of guest.
its a good hotel I can say for solo traveller. Its fit perfect according to my requiremet also because I come for some work in gaffar market which is only at 2 min walking distance from hotel. They traeted me well and I like behaviour of staff. Staff suggested me some good place for good food also. Still they need to improve cleaness of hotel. I get more than what I paid.
