Genuinely zero or minus mark for this Hotel, Thank god that we stayed a night only !! and worst Hotel,have ever seen in my life. Very dirty bed sheets, pillows and bathroom towels (all are looks like ever seen washing machine in their life) NOT CLEAN and HYGIENIC......If you stay there a week ? then you will must hospitalized!!! My Suggestion, Please NOT stay !! ,,, If you want you stay ? then you must have to bring face mask, room spray, sheets, pillows and bathroom towels Worst hospitality, behavior and customer service..............!!!! Staff response to customers is not good. They do not follow time. There is no punctuality. They do not provide even food also on time. They will make you wait and no one feel responsible to answer your questions.

We stayed here twice within a few days, separated by a trip to the Himalayas. Despite arriving very late (early) thanks to delays in the trains, there was someone there to greet us and make sure we were looked after. We had to leave again after a couple of hours to catch our next trains and the hotel staff kindly people houskeeing staffe good aal staffe veri nice

Rubbish, 1 star is generous filthy room and sheets, very stuffy, blood on my pillow, people sawing and hammering a few feet away from our room all day, television didn't work, we didn't dare to eat the inclusive meal. if this establishment was in the uk it would be shut down.

I had stayed there few day ago the hotel was superb and good location.And dont miss to see the tall and handsome guy santosh soni verry helpful.He is just like a ocean and i i love him smile.sorry for late reply .I am coming next to delhi i would love to stay there. Once again a special thanks to mr soni have a good life and god bless you..
