Not stayed in hotel....... I booked hotel le heritage whereas they gave me room at their other group hotel mandakini grand, they told me that le haritage was booked for some marriage party and they informed this to travel guru people, still travel guru went ahead and confirmed he booking. I know whose fault was this but i had to stay in a sub standard room at hotel mandakini grand since i have paid full charges in advance online. Hotel was not like what I had expected. Very old building and crampy rooms but the rooms where clean n tidy with modern amenities. The service was quick right from check-in to serving breakfast or dinner (impressive). I loved the food at the restaurant.

I did not have a great experience. The hotel had promised airport pickup. Despite waiting for 1 hour, nobody came to pick us, which led to undue delay. Overall I'm not at all happy with the experience.

One of the hotels where quality of service comes first. Right from Housekeeping to Manager everyone is Customer oriented. Good location. Would like to mention about people like Deepak, Rakesh & pintoo who have been excellent hosts. Great team in a great property. Stayed 15 July 2016, travelled on business

Its a averaged property... its OK to stay just for one day...rooms are average but with poor maintenance.. service is also average.. food is also average.. we can't refer this hotel to anyone..location is very good n near to hospital and Metro station..overall average hotel..with mix kind of experience to me

I know this hotel for years. This time I got there through "Booking". Booking provides a certain protection which in India & for a single traveller is a "MUST". In Delhi one either pays 200$ or more per night for accomodations or stop complaining - just give some money to staff and get what you need .Location- completly quiet street (!!!)-7min. walk from metro. You can get anywhere in town! (for 20cents) 20-25$ (1500ruppes) a day. .Water on the floor in the bathroom- 3-4m. 1st night I had very bad & dirty room(That was from 3am). 2d day - TV didn^t work most of the time, Room service was promised- never happened. When you only have 3 days in a town these things matter. And still I^d reccommend this place to a traveller - not a tourist.

We stayed in Feb 2015 for 2 nights with friends. Metro station is very near by and connaught place is about 10 mins in metro. Rooms were okay not too bad but it's very old hotel. I would recommend to stay here only if you are looking for cheap stay in good location in Karol bagh.

hotel at good location,but service was poor, house keeping services was terrible. have been in this hotel for2 days but no cleaning was done for two days.food quality is very bad hotel staff non cooperative

Demo Trip The top floor is quiet. In this hotel one can sleep at night whic doesn^t happen in budget hotels much.
