Room 102, stayed there from 10th till 13th April with my family. I had one of the worst time ever. the special mention is the staff working there. The front desk is worse than a motel or a lodge. The staff is rude, unprofessional, unwelcoming and oblivious to your problems. The only female receptionist / front desk staff was rude enough to disrespect my wife and my n=mother at the same time while I was away. On raising the issue with the front desk staff later that night, the guy (don't know anyone's name because none was carrying an ID on them, nor had any uniform on) started shouting and told me to go to hell. On further taking this issue to the general manager in morning, his rude attitude was, well, overwhelming is all I can say.. He told me that half of the things I told him are useless are not senseful to him and he didn't take any further action (I have the recording of the conversation).. Only thing I could have done was going further to the owner or raising the issue to cosumer court, but I a reputed doctor and I don't think its was worth it.. As far as the quality of stay is concerned.. bad wifi, not-up-tp-the-mark food and very badly maintained rooms and washrooms.. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!

We stayed in the hotel for several nights. From the very beginning the impression was bad. First of all the rooms don't look even 1% like the pictures they share. Some rooms even don't have a window. The smell in the rooms is not good. Bedsheets and towels are not white at all. Room cleaning could be better too. Complimentary water was at least something. We requested to provide us with another room. They asked us to wait till midday. As a result we got another room just after some fight late evening. The food served for breakfast is average and I don't know why they call that colored water juice. Fruits were not up to the mark as well. I advise to avoid staying there as it doesn't worth this money.
