They confirmed s booking when we booked online. But finally on arrival they said that no booking is noted in their system. They have no information. Even they refused collaboration with that the portal through which the booking was done. But finally after searching all and every information it was established that they are well connected and the portal is authorized and recognized by this hotel. The hotel itself send the confirmation to the portal against that booking. Basically some continuing guest requested for extension and they were charging high from that guest; so they refused us and allow them to continue. As a consequence this hotel has been blacklisted by the portal we used.

Very nice and good looking interior rooms with a/c, western toilet, cupboard basic facilities as well peaceful at night. Food with buffet system, curiosity to choose what we need & call upon room service on time. Would stay & recommend, incase if i visit delhi again ...

Bad service Unfriendly management Tried to over charge Leaking toilet Noisy Power cuts every 1-2 hours Wifi very slow Food not very good We will not be staying in this hotel again. I would not recommend this hotel.

Karol bagh itself is city center and this hotel is located in very convinient place... metro piller number 123 itself is easy to locate... and very near to gafhar bazar , walkable to metro , gafhar bazar etc... Rooms are moderate , clean with simple systems , AC is good, Breakfast is too basic ... and some times served in room with no options .. could be lot better... staff is good , definetly a competitive price

The place was good and the staff were very supportive during the stay. Even though it was a high season we were able to get a room here and we were surely not disappointed. It has all the basic amenities, and best of all it is located near to the metro station. All in all a good place to stay.
