Room was deluxe and priced $47, but was not worth it. I tried some chicken dish on the menu and that was better than bad....Regards, Debbie Aylward

We had a quality stay in this hotel. Apart from our room which seemed a bit small for a super deluxe room we had no complaints. We especially liked the food which tasted just like home cooked. The room service was prompt too. We are happy for our choice.

Our stay was okay but not worth the money. Hotel is well located and they arranged airport pickup (extra charge), so it was convenient to get there late in the night. The rooms however were not very clean and fresh...definitely not worth the money. There were all formalities that you expect from a good hotel, but we would have expected a much cleaner and nicer room.

Very noisy Very noisy

We stayed here one night in July 2016. Staff and very friendly and helpful. Rooms need some maintenance, and Reasonable price. No breakfast include!! The single room is not very big at all but the housekeeping is doing they're job so the room is clean. Hotel is very Close to the Karol Bagh market and Metro station.

I've checked-in to this hotel as the cab driver suggested it to be a good hotel. Right after checking in, i went to meet with a friend for an hour. Right after coming back, I saw that TV and internet are not working. When enquired about the same, the reception were very rude. So i thought i'd leave and when i asked for a refund as it's just 1 hour, they said they can't give any refund at all and charged me the advance amount i paid. So I moved to another hotel nearby and after settling in, when i looked for my laptop, it went missing and also my passport. I went back to the hotel and asked them about the same and they give very rude responses saying that they are not responsible for anything showing a board they have at the reception. As I am not from India, i didn't know what to do. So I went to consulate and they helped me with the accommodation and i came back to UK without visiting any other place in India because these people lost my laptop and passport in just one hour. Never get a room in this hotel.

This is one of the most terrible hotels I have ever been to. I visited this hotel recently and I took a room by paying the initial advance amount. I visited Delhi to give an exam and my friend is supposed to help me out with the exam. So after having breakfast, me and my friend came back to hotel only to find out that the visitors are not allowed into our hotel room where i am supposed to prepare for my exam and they advised me/ forced me to take a 2 bedded room if my friend wants to stay for a couple of hours. So, I asked for a refund of the amount so that I can get into another hotel and they came up with a rule out of nowhere saying that they cannot give me back my money as it is against their rules. In the end, I asked the manager to call their owner and owner of this hotel is a big time goon who got into a fight in the hotel with me and tried to attack me both physically and verbally when I have shown in a point in their agreement about 60% refund. Finally I haven't had any other option than to leave the hotel without getting any refund. If you are planning to get into this hotel, trust me you are going to deal with goons instead of professional people. Beware of this hotel.

The hotel is ideally situated near to the Metro station of Karol Bagh. Walking distance from the station. The rooms are a bit small but cosy and clean. The service is fine. Good value for money. Good eateries around though the hotel does not have a restaurant. WiFi provided in the room which is great.
