I'm not writing this from the hotel WiFi, which never worked. My guess is that if you are staying here, it's because you're on a g adventures to and you don't have a choice. I'm sorry.
If you're thinking of staying here for any other reason, don't. Find somewhere, anywhere else. You will not enjoy your stay here. It's less than clean and less than quiet. It's also not in a good location or convenient to anything.
The front desk also lied to my face about opening times for local attractions because his preferred driver wasn't around to drive at the time. When that guy arrived, he then pulled the cab driver truck of taking the long route to over charge milage (it's not the amount, it's the principle of the thing).
I enjoyed Delhi in spite of, not because of, this place.
Avoid if at all possible.

Oh dear....the bathroom was horrid. Bath tub cracked, holes everywhere and mould. Not nice. Friends had the same in their rooms (we had 7 rooms).
Bed was comfy, room nice enough, except bathroom. Hotel is quite run down and in need of a paint.
Tour group stayed here, wasn't my choice. I know there are nicer places around.

I visited this hotel for the start of a train tour of India with G Adventures who I would never recommend. Dreadful company, dreadful guide. My son and I were allocated Room 105 initially, a real delight, with no windows, a filthy wall hanging barely concealing a sinister and cavernous open shaft, with cables hanging down it, a broken wardrobe, and a dirty bathroom complete with a used towel on the floor. I had been warned that India is basic and dirty, so I tried to remain stoical and got busy with some Dettol wipes I had bought along specially- they came away black from the bathroom fittings alone. However. my son has asthma, and the overpowering damp and stench of mould started to aggravate it after we had only been in the room for an hour. To give them credit, the hotel staff moved us to a much better room on the top floor, and we were only there for a night, so that was at least a decent gesture. However, outside the hotel location was, it was a nightmare of smog, crowds, pavement less roads with holes and trip hazards, constant traffic honking horns and people hassling you. There was no beauty, greenery or pleasant shopping or coffee place to go. Because of the heat and humidity and the fact we were both terrified, we went back to the hotel instead. I would never ever return to India. Our disastrous trip with G Adventures continued by train to Agra, and I will review that hotel next.
Poor service in a not so good location

For our 1st nights in India (3) it wasn't at all the right way to start: we were given a room with a single indoor window, everyday we had no toilet paper, problems with the hot water, the staff were constantly looking for a tip, even when I went to the reception to change a hardly washed towel.
The "restaurant" was a closed room in the basement, with only half the menu available, very slow service, always the same table towels, however not too expensive for a 3stars hotel.
The service falls short when they don't do nothing when a extremely loud noise was made by others guests until late a.m. ,even when we asked the reception to keep them quiet.
About the location, it is right in the middle of a big block of car parts shops, there are nearly none good places to eat around there for those not wanting to go very far.
Overall we definitely do not recomend this hotel to stay!
