Did not at all enjoy my experience at hotel moments. I kept a bag there as i was returning to the hotel in a weeks time, when i came back my bag was open and my clothes had been worn. They said they would investigate and look at CCTV footage, but nothing was ever done. I emailed them about it did not receive a response.

Hotel Moments offers good enough rooms with adequate cleanliness and maintenance. We took 2 rooms in this hotel. Just one suggestion- please check the rooms before you take them. One room we took had sufficiently big toilet but the other one didn't. One room had drapes to close the windows other didn't. Breakfast though is complimentary is not tasty. Restaurant staff doesn't pay attention to you and will take longer to serve you. The reception staff is very nice and helpful. Be wise and ask reception what all things are included in your room payment ( in the end, we were charged for water bottles we used from fridge) The AC in my room was not working and fan only worked when it was put on 5...

Unfortunately I can not give this hotel a good rating, we had a room booked for 3, we had to ask several times for the third bed, it came with no linen, then when it did no blanket which we asked for 3 times. Also you had to call and request the hot water for a shower. It did feel safe enough though. Would to recommend it sadly. A light meal here last night was ok.

This hotel was booked for me through an Intrepid tour and having chosen the basic package I was pleasantly surprised! The rooms were basic but had all the amenities needed and most importantly were clean. There was a slight mix up with my booking but the staff took care of it very quickly and made sure to constantly reassure me that it would be sorted and that I had nothing to worry about. Fabian in particular was extremely helpful, one evening he walked me to the pharmacy and on my last day walked with me to several ATM machines until we found one that worked. The food in the restaurant was authentic and cooked fresh, not always something that you see in a budget hotel! Overall I would definitely recommend and I would stay there again if I return to Delhi!

Rooms very small except for their executive room, , over priced . Poor breakfast .Waiters sulking and scowling all the time. The only redeeming factor is they have a decent kitchen that makes tasty food and the person in reception Fabian alias Vishal , who was very friendly and helpful.
