Actually we booked this hotel from OYO and thought to go before hand and check the room after i reach there sale executive and manager told that they will give better service if i cancelled from OYO and better complimentary breakfast too I did as they said. but when we was about to check out they charged our breakfast so we talked with owner and owner wiped off our breakfast charge ... As i myself being chef i can hardly give 1/5 as same curry for pooris every time and one time poori was sour in taste ...

We stayed there for 3 nights. was clean with tasty food. .room service was ok. .hot and cold water. .ac was chilled. ..nice stay. .I wish to stay there again. Metro station and markets are nearby. .walking distance from the hotel. .

It is a very nice hotel. Markets are near by. Karol Bagh metro station is around half a km, 5 min walk. Room is very spacious, clean, well-equipped. Staffs are very nice. Service is good. Personally i liked it very much.

Firstly, we were not even meant to stay here. We had a reservation at a nearby hotel (that looked significantly better)- Persona international. On arrival at Persona, the manager told us that the hotel was full and walked us to the "same property" down the road- a walk that turned out in a night of filth and numerous problems. We were taken to some room that was clearly not prepared for incoming guests. The sheets were stained with multiple brown marks- the origins of which conjure up vile imaginations. There were no towels, nor toilet paper. The shower head was broken-no water came out. Eventually someone came to fix it. Later we found out that the boiler for our room had not been switched on - so we had to wait for management to go and turn it on. Throughout the process, management and staff helped us begrudgingly- no doubt a result of the numerous complaints they were handling at once. Breakfast the following morning consisted of empty containers-besides some remains of some aloo dish and a single piece of white toast. On the up side, the location of this hotel is decent. But this place is certainly overpriced. Some blame is also directed to Persona international for shifting us despite our booking.

It is nice hotel with markets nearby. I was coming from US and wanted to renew my visa. I preferred to stay somewhere in Karol Bagh area as Gaffar and other markets are nearby (very much walkable) Hotel provided me with cab (on request) to Chankapuri US embassy, the service was great. Hotel food is also exceptionally good, they have nice food area on top floor. Hotel staff was very courteous and extended all their good knowledge to help me explore delhi area. Overall great place to stay in central location!
