The driver was searching this hotel for almost an hour, but was not able to find it. My family was trying to reach on the hotel numbers provided, but no response, nobody was picking up the call, children were getting impatient. We all were tired then we tried calling on the fax number where luckily somebody picked up the phone. After enquiring what happened to their landline numbers they informed us that telephones were stolen. which i found a disgusting excuse. My family came from Doha (Qatar) to have some good time in India.But I am really regretting to design such a pathetic trip for them. Pure waste of time money and energy.

I have visited this hotel on 11th February and stayed for two days. Rooms are neat and clean. The staff is very cooperative. I would like to thank the Manager Mr. Avinash for making our stay more comfortable. Look forward to come again. I strongly recommend this hotel.

While returning from manali the bus dtoped us at 4 in the moening.we asked cabby to drop us at a good hotel. He dropped at the hotel pahwa international. Rooms were very costly and not worthy. The guy at reception said tea is complimentry. As we entered in room we asked for tea which came frequently. It was good. After that we went to roam in delhi and returned late night. The room AC was not working. After complaint also no solution provided. This time a difffrent guy was at reception so we asked that we have to leave early at 4 in the morning, kindly arrange for the taxi.he agreed. Next morning when we came down the bill was ready. For 24 hrs they charged rs 10000 of two rooms which was not the price agreed. We argued. The guy said complimentry tea and agreed price is nowhere in written so we have to pay standard rates. Also 600 for taxi. We were tight on our schedule so we paid the sum and left. In the taxi driver said that 300 is standard rate of taxi. Never ever go to that hotel. Every staff is fraud

Me and my were travelling back from Manali so the bus dropped us early in the morning..well my first mistake I did not book hotel in advance also I asked a auto driver to show us a decent family hotel. He took us to this hotel,now he charged us 3000rs for a room which would have not even half of its price..well that was my another mistake since we were already very tired and sleepy so we just wanted to crash down. Now mine is a love marriage and my wife Is of a different religion and lil elder to me,they were scrutinising us as if we were some criminals also they took in written that she is my wife and I am her hubby..this was seriously new for me..I never came across this kind of stupidity. we head to our the room size is fine but the room seems to be in bad state,u can see dust everywhere the bed size look ok the bed sheet had stains on them.we some how slept but while sleeping after few hrs when it's business hrs in the market since this hotel is in the middle of it..the whole street noise comes in ur room,so the sleep quality is in negatives. We ordered some sandwiches and tea for breakfast after getting was all fine till we had few bites then lost the appetite after we saw a cockroach roaming on the plates and the tray.. The next thing I did was started looking for other hotel and check out from there as soon as possible. So a word of advice do not book a room looks shaddy and also they charge u a bomb for seriously nothing. Also the bell boys will keep on pestering u for tips for the work they do not do.

The worst experience of my life. I newer ever wanna go there again. Fraud people, cheap quality. Dishonest behavior. I advice not to stay there. Pathetic atmosphere. Place is not good. I don't recommend. Please stay away.

Its a 3 rd class hotel in whole delhi.cheating with customers is moral of hotel management.dirty smell around the rooms dirty bed sheet too.Ac are not in working...froud is quality of hotel workers...they tell you 1500 charge of same day check out but forcefully they take 2600...plz avoid to book its....
