I dont such hotel for stay. Very expensive in any case also dont deserve that. Staffs r not trained food is bad. Rooms r not clean. No mini refrigerator in room. Good part is it is near to restaurants so u can take parcel or have ur food there as food is not expensive & tasty then hotel.

The property is advertised wrongly- It's a CON GAME. - Our booking mentioned Balcony, Sitting Area, Sound proofing and a bigger room. But the property only has small standard rooms with no balcony, no soundproofing and it's located on the main road so there is constant traffic noise. - The staff was very inexperienced and rude including the property manager Rajeev Pradhan - Continental breakfast was included in the booking but since they didn't have most of the breakfast items we only got 2 pieces of toast with an omelette and a small bowl of spoilt fruit. - The bedsheets are stained and not changed after every guest. The rooms are not cleaned at all. We requested for clean bedding and clean sheets. The hotel informed us they have NO CLEAN SHEETS on the property and when the laundry comes they will change them. Till 9pm we were sitting on chairs in the room as the bed had stains of unspeakable things including food and hair. The laundry was expected by 11pm in the night and there was a possibility of it not being delivered the same night. Finally after much discussion the hotel interchanged the bed cover with another rooms's bedcover but they still did not replace the bedsheet as they did not have a clean bedsheet in any room. - The bed has bed bugs and we were bitten all over next morning. - The hotel is advertised as a premium property but beyond the lobby area it looks like a backpacker's hostel. - There wasn't enough hot water in the bathrooms. After one person had a quick short shower the hot water finished. - Just one working plug point in the room. No bedside plug points to charge phone or any other device. We would like a refund from the hotel. The customer care wasn't helpful at all. We were overcharged for the room. It was the worst hotel experience till date. We will never recommend or book this property again.

Had a great experience with raas vilas. Very tasty food & clean restaurant. They have there entrance from restaurant. But hotel is very clean & well managed. Staffs r well trained & reception staff are very helpful. Overall the hotel is good. Highly recommended.

Amazing rooms amazing service all with my budget it was a pleasure staying here , will recommend everyone :). Is located in a very convenient area where travelling around was not a hassle at all, also I would like to mention that the area is very quiet and calm, all in all I enjoyed my experience here a lot . Kudos to the hotel and management

I had a Great Experience there. My wife and children had fun too. Food was great, one should definitely try Butter Chicken. Rooms are well furnished, and linen is nice and tidy. Hospitality was nice and cooperative. Overall a good hotel to be at.

Demo Trip Ask for a room with a window, as some of the rooms have internal windows over looking an enclosed atrium above the reception desk, so have no natural ventilation and start to smell damp after a few days.

Demo Trip Wi-fi is very slow. Prefer your own mobile data or Data card for fast response. If you want to have breakfast before 7 that's simply not possible. Pl's arrange your own.
