Never trust these liars. I stayed around 18 nights in this hotel and it was my worst stay in India ever, Never do a walk in booking. Never pay more than $20 for a room per night. My advice is to stay away from this hotel.

Stayed here for one night to take a flight next morning. I had to ask for a receipt for my cash payment - thank God. Airport shuttle is indicated but you have to pay for it. I asked for a wake up call at 5.30 am and they promised to give an early breakfast and I was stupid or modest enough to ask for just toast and coffee. I woke up at 5 am luckily for me to go to the bathroom and waited for their wake up call and not heard anything till 5.45am and asked them about the breakfast and wake up call and I got an answer which was not intelligible. Finally I got ready and asked for the shuttle and told it will be 300 rupees and I should pay them. The chap handling all this was a man half asleep at the reception desk. In fact I believe he had a bed there. When I paid the 300 rupees, he asked me for another 50 rupees as service charge. It is all diabolical because just outside I could have hailed a taxi and would have probably cost me about 150 rupees for the few kilo metres to the airport. The room was very claustrophobic. To while away the time I went to the bar/restaurant and found the prices excessive. A Kingfisher Premium 660ml which costs about 70 rupees in wine shops and about 130 rupees in bars was 300 rupees. I was told if I ordered it immediately within the next 5 minutes, I would have two for the price of one. I did get them but another 78 rupees was added as tax etc., I decided not to order any food - even a simple curd rice was 300 rupees and I am sure extras would have been added. If I had relied on them I would have missed the flight. I never got the breakfast which was included in the price. How do these people get away with all this?

Very welcoming and helpful reception staff. The room was clean and quiet, WiFi connection worked perfectly and bathroom was ok. Taxi service to the airport only 250 rupies and was arranged by the hotel. Food and service in the restaurant were both good.

The staff are extraordinarily rude (we did a lot of traveling around India, and never experienced anything like the horrible people we did here). They couldn't find our booking, they lied to us about prices for things. We repeatedly called to ask for additional towels (there were 2 of us and only 1 towel), they would answer, say OK and then hang up on us - then never bring towels. We had to steal additional toilet paper from a supply cart because they only provide one half-roll and never bring anymore when requested. I actually wound up yelling at them and refusing to accept their "we'll bring the towel to your room" instead, I went with the staff member right to the supply closet and having him give me the towel, at which point he also asked if we still needed more toilet paper... The carpet looked like it had never been cleaned, and the bed sheets had holes in them (I had brought my own sheet and this is the ONLY place I actually used it). DO NOT STAY HERE.

Room was also dirty and they did not come to clean it or provide extra beds despite repeated requests. We walked out and stayed somewhere else. There are plenty of airport hotels along that stretch if road so it is advisable to shop around rather than book an unknown quantity in advance.
