All is about paying extra money

I asked for a late check out. They said it would be a complementary thing. After an hour they called asking me to pay for my stay. My stay in the hotel was paid in the first day that we arrived. I had to show my receipt to prove that the full amount was paid in the first day. After that, I was asked to pay a full more day hotel, because I checked out after few hours. I was also charged for the complimentary water that the hotel provides. Personal is very rude and unprofessional. They do not listen. All what they care is how to take your money.

Good location...

The rooms are good in size. But, it's just a stand alone home converted into a hotel. So, it's basically a place in a residential area. Location is quiet good as from there whole of South Delhi is conveniently reachable. But, it's expensive for the quality you get.

Frustrating Stay

The hotel rooms are very comfortable and are well presented; similarly the hotel is in a good location near to a large shopping mall (with some great restaurants - the stand out for me being Burma Burma) as well as close to the Qutub Minar, also an impressive site. I did find the staff and service wanting however. The hotel tried to charge me 50% extra, and even when challenged still tried 20%. When ordering cabs, they were slow to act (forgetting to book once) and room service slow. Not the worst, but definitely a frustration.

Clean room, near to the shopping mall.

This hotel is perfect, clean and near the shopping mall. You can also find good money changers in front of the Max Hospital, not too far from the hotel. Food street and fruit market also near to the hotel.

Me and my partner booked this place last minute because the place we booked to stay it was really bad so we saw this place on our way to our hotel so we decided to check online and we found this place pretty decent so we cancelled our booking and booked this place honestly this is such a great hotel for the cheap price and the staff the room service and all, everything went well we had a good stay near this hotel there are supermarket medical store bank so it was pleasant stay
