While checking out early morning to catch my flight, the person at reception asked for money for cab booking which is just reverse of the person who was sitting in the evening. It took almost 15 minutes to explain that this was part of package. I found like cheated. Not only that, there were 6 cans of soft drink kept in the refrigerator of the room and they did not tell that this was chargeable. While checking out I had to pay 1300/ Rs @200 per can(Which costs only 20 Rs/ per can). I have decided never opt for Saptagiri hotel again. I had been to many places & countries and never found such a situations.

Room was clean bathroom was sparkling, but property doesn't look like 3 star from outside and staff is little slow we called up 3 time for room cleaning..and the room rent looked over priced..

I was in the hotel just for a night and liked my stay as this hotel is quite good for people looking our for a hotel closer to the airport. I would surely recommend this hotel to people as the rooms and the service provided was good.

Such a bad experience the staff are so rude that you feel as if you are staying in a free govt lodging the so called buffet is just leftovers of what people ordered ala carte The manager is served first while the guests don't even get water served on their tables. the airport transportation is at the whims and fancies of the hotel drivers. You must be ready when the drivers are available and not the other way round

i got dumped in this hotel due to my airline rescheduling. Horrible management, poor cleanliness in bathrooms, rude staff. They call themselves 3 star, how on earth thats possible. The lights in my room has been flickring from past day and after reporting thrice no one even cared to fix it. Stay away from this hotel

We often visit this place. Prices are reasonable and food is amazing. Also like the ambience if this bar.definatky will recommend to friends. Only one problem they do not accept payment with multiple credit or debit card

Hmmmm. The biggest advantage of this hotel for travellers is that it's near the airport but there are others (international chain) closer and the Radisson is a couple of blocks away. The rooms are not that bad but sometimes there is a bit of an unpleasant smell, the water may well not be hot and if a bulb burns out good luck in getting it replaced. On the main drag, the cacophony of honking is dampened by better windows than on the side of the building. The so called gym in a neighbouring, sister hotel is past a joke - two running machines, one of which doesn't work, a very beaten up bicycle and a multi-purpose weights machine in a poorly lit room that is clearly never used (but the a/c works). The food can be quite tasty and is obviously popular with the locals, and the chef is charming. Service is not too bad but it can be tough to order something a little out of the established menu (fried eggs and toast together, for example). What did work well during our visit was the transportation arrangements organised through the hotel.

Everything is absolutely filthy in this hotel. Dirty room, stained bed linen, no key for the room , cockroaches in the rooms, very arrogant staff, if u go to the breakfast area I bet u will puke, toilet didn't work, no hot water. This hotel is a CHEAP CRAP. Want to experience hell, stay in this hotel. I feel like vomiting if I think about the stay in this hotel.
