We had a Sagan ceremony on 19 November and it was perfectly executed with the help of hotel management team. The best part was that they understand the client situation on D- Day and performed accordingly. Regarding food, chef Rajan lal was fantastic with cuisine. Everyone in ceremony loved the food. At last thanks to him and his team for making the day memorable.

The most horrible experience one can have .I had booked a room through GoIbibo and headed for the check-in, their front desk before asking for our I.d's mentioned that they have a strict visitor policy, No smoking in the rooms and a upfront 2000 Rs. deposit. When I requested that if I can speak to the manager regarding these policies { Which were confirmed prior to the check-in}, She { Saloni} refused stating that he has left for the day when I could see him right in front of me. The upfront response of the hotel was that you seek a refund from GoIbibo . I would recommend all the guests to cross check their policies & rules before booking as they vary from customer to customer. A guest books a room for their own convenience not to be directed by rules preset for the hotel's convenience . The staff is rude, unprofessional and has "ZERO" hospitality. Please be sure of what you are booking as there are plenty of offers in the market who exist for customer satisfaction and service

Even though the hotel talks about a pool, the swimming pool is not yet ready. The gym is also yet to be ready. The rooms are good, good A/c. Limited choices for breakfast. You have to ask for a newspaper, dental and shaving kit. Big garden nearby for walks. Friendly and helpful staff. A lot of scope for improvement in the facilities offered.

Although we did not stayed there as we hosted family function in there banquet and specially staff was very helpful and caring. Most of the guests noticed same and the food quality and taste was fantastic. Hat's off to Chef and catering staff. This is also special as we selected all veg menu. Keep it up Grand Sewa.

amiable and caring staff must say.... Special Thanks to Mr. Praveen and Ms. Shilpi their efforts are beyond expectations and made our stay memorable.. food was deliciously awesome... Road facing rooms are magnificent from view point of view...if i have to describe this place in a word I'll just say "WOW"....
