Never book this hotel !! if there's a review with minus star, I would definitely rank this hotel minus 5! Using booking.com I booked a twin room one week before head which was confirmed as a successful booking. I even sent message to the property saying that I would be checking-in late around mid-night on the 21 February 2019 as I needed to attend a wedding, and the property responded "okay" as confirmation! By the time we arrived, the reception didn't even check our reservation and just told us that no room was available (obviously they oversold the rooms on a first come first serves basis) at mid-night ! He wanted to refer us to another hotel but we refused as we were very angry. For travelers in Dehli, it seems that it's a common problem, I encountered this issue twice in one day when I was there. What reservation you make online is not reliable!
