Every thing is good...like, room service, facilities, staffs' responce etc. & main thing is that food is owsome.... but I want to suggest one thing is that please increased your food menu... becacue we want some change in food.. otherwise it's good....

Check in 3rd Feb Check out 4th Feb Location of the hotel is ok,on Rajguru road which connects DB Gupta road to Main Bazar road.Area surrounding the hotel is crowded and busy but less chaotic wrt main bazar road.It is 10 minute walk from New Delhi railway station (Paharganj).If travelling light then after coming out of New Delhi railway station walk straight on Main Bazar road,take right turn near My Bar and walk straight again.If 1st time at Paharganj/having bagagge then best is to take rikshaw/auto. I had booked through a third party travel portal.I arrived an hour before check out time but still room was ready,it took hardly 5 minute to check in.The staffs at reception (though I forget their names) were very courteous and helpful. I was given 309 room.It was a single bed room with a LED tv,comfortable bed,a chair (but no table),a wardrobe and a window with with view of neighbouring building.In cleanliness of the room i can give 4.5 out of 5 star.2 500ml bottles of water and tea/coffee sachet was complimentary at the room. Bathroom was clean with 24 hr hot water . Didnt had meal at their in house restaurant except breakfast which was included in the plan.Breakfast was good .It was not a lavish one but excellent for the price I paid.The place they served breakfastvwas clean.On that day they served milk, corn flex,fresh fruits,fruit juice,packed muffins,bread,jam/jelly,butter,egg(boilled and omelet),poori-chhole,Dosa-Sambhar,pasta and upma.(may be one or two item more which i forgot).Omlet and Dosa were prepared fresh at the live kitchen. Need to improve 1>There was no tap in the bathroom ,only shower.As I was travelling solo and observed it quite late arriving after work (around 11 pm) and next morning need to check out so was ok otherwise a room without tap is not accepted. 2>They have a chair to sit but no table,how can a person had a tea or meal without table.Again as my stay was just for a night to sleep so doesnt matter much. These are the 2 reason which makes me to give 4* otherwise it would have been a 5* stay.

Great service and attentive staff with a fairly decent restaurant all for a very good price. We paid 2500INR a night with breakfast included and we regret not rebooking on our return journey as we wanted to be a little closer to the south side of delhi. Lesson learnt I guess :) The only downfall was the intermittent wifi.

The hotel itself is ok. Clean sheets and towels although they have seen better days.. Big bed that was comfortable. Breakfast is basic. The rooms ar quite big with large shower. The water took AGES to come through hot but when it did was ok. The chap they took our cases to the room was knowledgeable and got us on wifi which works very well in the room. The staff are all friendly. However the hotel isn't in the best district... There is a very noisy street at the front, full of stall holders and shops, no or not many eating places. The room we had was at the side and surprisingly quiet( we had had an overnight flight so we're very tired..!) The restaurant in the hotel 'the fairway' was good. Happy hour 11-11! Really nice curies in both dinners that we had. Tea and coffe in the room but no hair dryer (they did bring us one) or safe. All in all not a bad stay for 2 nights. This hotel could be a really great hotel it's just tired. We got this in a package deal so no idea of the room rates, I've stayed in better but equally I've stayed in worse!

Really happy with my experience here. Room was clean and tidy, staff were very friendly and happy hour at the bar is 11AM to 11PM! The staff were very helpful with directions and even let me print something off their printer last minute. Would definitely recommend
