Super Deluxe Room
The room was dirty and not cleaned properly. Service was poor, they used to take 2 hours to serve the food in the room. The food was pathetic in taste. We won't recommend this hotel to anyone.
The room was well equipped with all the facilities. Staff was caring and polite in their work. Its in the heart of the city. The breakfast was delicious in taste.

The hotel is centrally located amidst the busy Karol Bagh area and is easy to find but thats it. I had made a booking through Hotels.com and on arriving at the hotel they said a room was not available in the main building and me with my laptop bag and a hotel employee tugging my strolley luggage had to cross the busy street and walk about a 100 yards to an annexe facility. The lady at the Checkin was disinterested and the lobby is extremely small or rather the aisle to the checkin extremely small and one person standing and there is no walking space. The rooms are functional , the shampoo comes from a container in the shower area , the toilets small and functional. Nothing much about the room apart from the fact it is small and functional. Breakfast needs to be accessed by walking for the 100 yards and is largely south indian. The coffee want great but overall the food was ok. They charge you RS 5 to store the baggage after you checkout and wait , there was no internet and it was a massive struggle to even download e mails. Its a hotel for families and leisure and avoid it if you are expecting some amount of professionalism.
The rooms are OK for the price we paid. We were here at this place during Aug 2015 for Delhi-Jaipur-Agra trip. If you are visiting from USA, think of this place as low end Days Inn. I wish they have tissue paper in the bathrooms. They are not provided. We had to buy outside. The comforters were cold. It felt like they didn't dry them enough. They have a restaurant that serves decent south indian food like idli and vada. I wouldn't stay at this place again.
Rooms are average Location: Excellent location nearby 2 metro stations. Breakfast: Excellent South Indian. Caution: Please ask them about the availability of rooms in the main building before booking. They have 4 to 5 different properties nearby and they are good for nothing. Make sure you get the rooms in main building only.
We are a group of 10 people and reached Delhi by 11:30 PM, as we booked the room in the southern hotels, we waited for Cab pickup. But they did not turn up on time and reached after making several calls to them and reached by 12:00 PM. But once we reached the hotel by 12;30 PM, it was well received by the hotel staff and the next day we had a very good south indian breakfast which included idli and uttappam. and we started by around 8 AM for Delhi trip. As mentioned, they were able to cover all the places ( India gate, Lotus Temple, Qutub Minar etc ) by 8:30 PM. During the break we came back to hotel and had lunch, and the lunch was very good with lot of varieties. And the next day we went to Agra using the same travels, they were on time, and are able to cover Agra Fort, Taj mehel and Mathura. The guides which are deployed at Agra has explained all the historical background and made it more interesting. Overall travel service was excellent, Food quality was very good, but the hotel service was only good and it needs improvement.
I had been recommended this hotel by a friend as a 'budget hotel'. It turned out to be a below average hotel. Cleanliness is surely not on their agenda. The bed sheets were not fresh. Found hairs of the previous occupants on the pillows.. The hotel did not provide me drinking water on day 1. Even though I asked them a couple of times, no water was provided. I stayed for a few days and found that they don't change the sheets unless we insist! The bathrooms were average but not cleaned daily. The hotel does not provide tissue paper or hand towels / face napkins. They provided bath towels but I had to ask them every day to give me fresh towels. They never changed the bathroom mat for the full duration of my stay! The complimentary breakfast was below average. A2B restaurant is way too expensive for the quality and quantity of food they provide. The only saving grace was the complimentary pick up and drop from the airport and availability of hot water in the bathroom. This hotel can be considered as a decent accomodation for low budget South Indian travellers who expect bare essentials only.
