Very nice hotel and arrangements, service is very good.Location is in the heart of the New Delhi. Hospitality all across was excellent.Time management on dot. Airport pick up and drop was nice and caring and on time. I love South Indian food and so enjoyed a lot . The rates are reasonable and service is Very Good. I loved this hotel and definitely will stay there next time. If the Hotel continues this will become the busiest and travellers will be queuing up for booking.Keep it up and high. All the Best.

i have booked the room at southern hotel but when i reached the hotel at 2.30am to my suprise i was alloted room in another hotel which they claim as the their another branch but it is not the room was not clean and they smell please dont book room in southern hotel they r cheaters they charge 2000inr for a foul smelling room

Centrally Located, Complimentary pick-up and Drop facilities to and from Airport/Rly station is a major Plus. Good General feeling as you enter the hotel unlike other Karolbagh hotels. Ideal for tourists visiting Delhi with families and also for short-stay on business/work. Co-operative staff. Good South Indian restaurant run by Adayar Anad Bhavan. Very convenient Check-in and Check-out options.

hotel manage the stay 100mts away from original hotel and restaurant etc all services are provided form original hotel we feel that we have stay in guest house not in hotel such a bad experience. lilan used by hotel are very dirty and casual. buffet breakfast is only of 4 south indian dishes if you are willing to get any other this hotel unable to provide even on extra paying

If you want to be bitten by bed bugs, stay in Hotel Southern. I was allotted Room no.341. On the first night, I felt being bitten by something akin to mosquito. Didn't care too much and also could not sleep till 3 am in the night. Next night the same grew more intense.On examining the bed and pillows, I found lots of bed bugs to my horror, all plump with the blood sucked out of me. The next morning I complained with the hotel staff, who then changed my room to 342. The same evening when i retired to bed in the newly allotted room, the same story repeated again. There were bed bugs in this room too! I lodged a complaint with the reception who in turn sent some staff. They asked me to shift again at 11 pm in the night to a room in a different block in the other end of the road to which i flatly denied. They then shifted me to a room on the same floor i.e.347.Out of three nights, I could hardly sleep in the first two nights. The food options are also limited and quality not upto the mark. The buffet breakfast served is also not justifed. Also, beware of their airport drop service. By the time the vehicle is full with passengers bound for the airport, you may miss your flight.
