Practically there was no House keeping. Hot water was available only in the mornings and not in the evenings which is not desirable in Dec/Jan. There would have been no change of Towels and bed sheets and cleaning of the room even on a stay of 8 days. We managed to get them changed and cleaned once and that too at night after several reminders (in spite of giving them a whole day to do when we were out to Agra).

Now these kind of hotels can be tricky. Many hotels nearby railway station and one can feel all are same. This is located in small lane with no frontage but good ambience at reception. After through review reading, we booked executive rooms and we are not disappointed. Rooms are spacious, clean, bright and comfortable. Bathroom is clean, running hit water is sufficient. Management need to improve as you have to ask twice to turn on air-con. Food is good and quantity sufficient. Overall it's good choice if management can understand how to run Good hotel or they are wasting nice property.

A Nice and comfortable accommodation option. But rooms need to renovated. A C was dripping water... Rest all services were good as per amount paid. Nice in city option but very difficult to reach due to heavy traffic especially in evening

Like other hotels in delhi, this is another tourist trap. What you see and what you get is absolutely different. The pictures are beautiful but in reality its, needs more cleanliness. The prices you see on the Internet are excluding 25percent taxes so beware. Free Internet doesnt work at all. Managers only try to rip you off your money and the management have absolutely no freakin clue of hospitality nor give a damn about comfort. They only want your money. So go on your own risk. To be honest most of these hotels in pahargunj are one and the same, not professional. What a shame!

The hotel is a pretty decent one. regarding each Point by point pplease see the review 1) Location: - Very close to New Delhi Railway Station in a small lane inside a street full of HOTELS. Without calling the hotel it will be impossible to find the hotel. 2) Check-in & Reception - Reception is huge, and check-in was simple. No hiccups. Looking at the reception the hotel will seem like a Great 3 Star Hotel. 3) Room - Here came the catch. The room was pretty small. Almost like in Single room. bathroom also very small. Neatness was okay but not that great. Room had a slight damp smell. 4) Service - Room service was pretty fast and also good. Though had only one time food it was pretty tasty. Omlet we ordered was very oily. 5) Amenities - Absolutely no amenities were there in the room. The AC was a window AC. No Remote was provided had to control manually. 6) WIFI - Wifi was easily connected but was as slow as even a dialup connection. 7) Overall Service - Was pretty good. Would definately recomand for a person who would not spend much time in the room and would be spending the night only.

it is around 10 min walking distance from new delhi railway station to hotel.hotel is very centrally is very near to cannaught place (shopping,clubs,bars,restaurant). hotel offers very less prices and good amenities which is affordable for budget travelers and quick bag-packers.staff is responsible and helpful.nice budget hotel to recommend
