The hotel is nicely located close to karol bagh market.The rooms are ok and there is nothing exemplary about them. They are equipped with the basic facilities but lacks a sense of cleanliness, which may be because of the closed nature of the rooms. The hotel staff is friendly and co-operative. Parking is little challenging due to limited availability on the road. The breakfast buffet was nice and had limited but decent options.

Me and my colleague had stayed earlier this week for 2 nights at this hotel. It's a small compact n easily approachable property situated in the hustle n bustle of Karol Bagh. The food is good, rooms are decently maintained. Special thanks to Mr. Dad (the Owner) who made our stay comfortable n yet a memorable one..... Would be back here soon in Jan. 2017.

The hotel is well located offering you the karol market, gaffar market and the most important one karol bagh metro station. The food is good and the staff is quite helpful. In addition, the hotel offers travel within Delhi NCR and near by sightseeing like Tajmahal, Jaipur etc. The Owner Mr. Satyam Das is a amazing person and interacts with guests.

I was staying at Hotel Surya Palace for last over 14 years on each of my stay in Delhi ...... This hotel closed shutters for business last Oct / Nov and is now converted into a Ladies Hostel for a Coaching Institute by the owners Gautamji who was managing Surya for all those years suggested me this hotel as it is diagonally opposite to Surya and I decided to check this out ... Check in was good and room was alloted as per requested while booking ... everything seemed to go wrong .and that was it until the check out ... Everything in between seemed to go wrong. The Aircon in the room was not working at the first instance rooms as the in room control unit was just like a demo piece. I had to wake up a few times in the middle of night thru all my stay to request switch on and off the AC so that I can sleep ...it was a nightmare and inspite of reporting the same several times thru the stay of 4 nights it was not repaired till my checkout .... The manager seemed to know that there is a problem but cared a damn for getting that repaired inspite of promises ... Hot water is available in mornings only. I was told to bear with them on the first night but nothing improved all thru Towels and bedsheets and lines was not crisp and clean. Toilet was average beds are so-so not very comfortalble for sound sleep ..WiFi was virtually non existent thru the stay inspite of repeated requests and their promise that things will be alright ... I don't know if they prefer the group booking people who come and go without complaints rather people like me coming on own and staying for a few days every month .... i would prefer not to stay here again

The hotel is centrally located and well near the metro station karol bag The best part is with this low budget hotel is able to manage and provide decent facilities in this hotel we can not expect good facilities but they are decent enough for 2 days stay . if your on tight budget i suggest this hotel

Demo Trip We had room 104 n 105 both are a decent size and the ac n fridge etc work. Both rooms were okay for a good nights sleep. There is a beauty parlour called Persona around the corner they are good and we were able to access with wheelchair apart from the one odd step.
