I am not satisfied at all about the trabsaction with Travelguru. We checked out on 2 February which is 1 night less. the Hotel reception had no problem with that and told us that my credit card will debited correctly. On asking for invoice they said no that will come from travelguru. This was very unusual. Till date I await the invoice. But travelguru has debited by account with three nights for 2 double rooms instead of 2 nigths with 2 double room. I do not know how I can get my money back so be careful before you make a booking with travelguru. This was my second booking. With the first one Travelguru debited my credit card immediately on making the transaction.

Room size is too small. Check in check out is too long ,TV channels-only 5 channels -too bad. Room key not working. Lift not working. Room was clean Bed was Good. In short it do not provide value for money.

It was a great experience to stay at the Ramada. It felt like home as the people at the reception and all others treated excellently well. I am looking forward for my next stay at the Ramada. Thanks for such a great and value for money experience.

This was my third visit to this hotel, this time with a group. Sadly the hotel seems to be in a spiral of decline in terms of customer service, so much so it would be interesting to know if there has been a chage of management as the customer facing staff that I engaged with were disinterested and at times positively rude (this is with the exception of the restaurant staff who continue to be very good). Problems do happen, especially when you have a large group, but it is how a hotel handles them that can turn an otherwise negative situation into a positive one. Having to wait 1.5 hours for maintenance to open a broken safe containing a guests passport etc when they are trying to leave to another city is unacceptable, having cutomer relations staff simply walk off when you are trying to raise some problems is also not a great way to secure a positive recommendation. It may be that with so many guests passing through the company really can't be bothered to get it right... After all in the short term the rooms will still be sold... In the long term however it feels that the rot has set in and it will take some serious changes to convince me (and I suspect the 25+ others) to bring others back here or to recommend it to friends and other group leaders.

The reception area is good with live piano in the evening but the music fails to soothe or even attract attention . Rooms are small and food at the restaurants is expensive. Breakfast lacks variety. Does not match the breakfast standards of guests coming from Europe.

One of the worst experience of my travelling .room number 1528 .Look at photos : the bed cover from inside .the green coloured stool is luggage rack ,dirty floor , shabby centre table . Telephone fitting in toilet . It Claims itself as four star hotel . Even Paharganj hotels have better rooms Donot go by reception photo . Third grade rooms . Least cooperative reception . Rude and high headed . Least cooperative reception . Rude and high headed . At the time of checking had to request thrice for a glass of water . Checkout took forty minutes .

The lobby are is remarkable and decor is lavish. The rooms have have the same royal feel. I stayed for one day and it was with it. They have a bar on the roof top 'Sky bar'. Romantic on the rooftop. 10/10

This was one of the worst experience that I have had during my recent visit to Hotel Royal Plaza. The rooms are very small. Its even difficult to walk in a twin sharing room. Lightening in room is very poor. Its very difficult to read or work in the room because of this. Room service is very poor. House keeping staff doesn't properly replenish complementary tea refills or toiletries. The room phone was not working, despite having reported the same at reception desk no remedy was provided Staff is rude, non-courteous, ill mannered Lot of rush in dining hall, difficult to comfortably take breakfast/lunch or dinner. Many a times glasses for juice, and bowl for dish are not available and you need to wait for it for long Variety of available items during breakfast is limited
