Great hotel, Convenient Location and great service
Hotel is good but the rooms are to small. Cleanness in the room is bad. One thing about the hotel is very nice that is the swimming pool.staff is very friendly.
It was good.
We booked this hotel for our business visit to Delhi based on its proximity to our business destination. We have stayed at many hotels over the years, often luxury ones with impeccable details and fantastic designs. Price-wise Ramada Plaza is on par with the best hotels especially in an area like Delhi. The rooms are extremely small and uncomfortable. The breakfast was awsome. The staff pretends to be friendly and the check in itself took us almost 30 minutes. The stupid reason given was that all the rooms were full inspite of the fact that we had booked the room much in advance. The delicious food is the only thing which can force you to visit this place for the second time
I was surprised by the very small size of the room. I never expected that a 5-star rated Hotel will provide such small rooms to its guests. The lobby, Coffee Shop and overall maintenance was good and pleasant to eyes. Another big botheration was the very slow (and a little confused) attendants at the check-in and check-out.. It is surprising that they cannot provide even a copy of the invoice. This is very inconvenient for a busienss traveler like me.

Very poor service. Check in not given even at 6 PM. The bathroom accessories are unclean. The maintenance very low. The front desk staff very rude and not at all bothered to give good customer experiences. Crowded breakfast. Strongly advised to avoid this hotel
The breakfast buffet costs 1000 plus taxes ..and is chargeable on check in ..which isn't mentioned during booking . After giving the room the receptionist says that guests aren't allowed ...you can only meet them downstairs ..that was very embarressing as well as stupid ..since no such policy exists anywhere .. this place is a total nightmare..with room the size of pigeon holes and no courtesy of the staff at all..food was terrible and extremely pricey ..it's well below standard and way too expensive ..indian guests are treated like slaves of colonial era and are looked down upon compared to white skinned forei gners This place must be shut down or taken over by someone wiser
Decent hotel, with very poor service. That's all I have to say about it. Good location is the only advantage. The staff does not take the onus of providing the guests good service, and come across as being rude. Food is average - rather than eating here, you should head to the good hotels in and around CP.
This hotel has got nice location with a beautiful garden dinning in the evening, their manager Ruchi Malik suggested us to stay back to hotel this evening, we enjoyed a lovely meal with beautiful ambience and drink were too good. Totally a great experience at their foyer area with great pastries too.
we were in a school group, felt so welcomed by service in breakfast area, total fun garden area and selection huge, rooms are good, all thanks to managers at restaurant , in spite of diwali the great festival the worked hard and welcomed with smile. thanks again.
