I am not satisfied at all about the trabsaction with Travelguru. We checked out on 2 February which is 1 night less. the Hotel reception had no problem with that and told us that my credit card will debited correctly. On asking for invoice they said no that will come from travelguru. This was very unusual. Till date I await the invoice. But travelguru has debited by account with three nights for 2 double rooms instead of 2 nigths with 2 double room. I do not know how I can get my money back so be careful before you make a booking with travelguru. This was my second booking. With the first one Travelguru debited my credit card immediately on making the transaction.

Room size is too small. Check in check out is too long ,TV channels-only 5 channels -too bad. Room key not working. Lift not working. Room was clean Bed was Good. In short it do not provide value for money.

It was a great experience to stay at the Ramada. It felt like home as the people at the reception and all others treated excellently well. I am looking forward for my next stay at the Ramada. Thanks for such a great and value for money experience.

The hotel is in heart of business district of ND. Good parking space.Hotel has old decor. Check-in was not very efficient. Hotel wi fi is not efficient. Evening bufet costs Rs.1350 but is very good. Breakfast is included in tariff and bufet is very good.

Dhirendra from New Delhi, India recommends this hotel Posted:  Room Quality: 3/5 Service Quality: 4/5 Dining Quality: 4/5 Cleanliness: 3/5

It is an avergae 4-star run of the mill property. The front desk staff needs lessons in etquettes . The insistence on depositing cash upfront , despite full room payment through credit card , was not in keeping with the best corporate practices . In the name of complimentary , only a single water bottle was offered . Food quality was average . Basically , the hotel is missing its repeat factor .

We booked this hotel for our business visit to Delhi based on its proximity to our business destination. We have stayed at many hotels over the years, often luxury ones with impeccable details and fantastic designs. Price-wise Ramada Plaza is on par with the best hotels especially in an area like Delhi. The rooms are extremely small and uncomfortable. The breakfast was awsome. The staff pretends to be friendly and the check in itself took us almost 30 minutes. The stupid reason given was that all the rooms were full inspite of the fact that we had booked the room much in advance. The delicious food is the only thing which can force you to visit this place for the second time

I was surprised by the very small size of the room. I never expected that a 5-star rated Hotel will provide such small rooms to its guests. The lobby, Coffee Shop and overall maintenance was good and pleasant to eyes. Another big botheration was the very slow (and a little confused) attendants at the check-in and check-out.. It is surprising that they cannot provide even a copy of the invoice. This is very inconvenient for a busienss traveler like me.

An excellent hotel, fantastic decor, very well designed and decorated. The ambience is very good and quality is excellent. The locationh is the best, centrally located and very convenient. The staff was nice and the quality of the guests is very good so you dont feel like you are on a railway station domitory. The cleanliness of the room is superb. The beds and table arrangement with two sofa chairs is very nice. The rooms are not small but just reasonable. There was no dental and shaving kit and when i requested house keeping the same was delivered instantly. The dining experience is very nice and the jasmine Restaurant is very good, wines and foor is reasonably priced. The breakfast menu is superb. All in All great value for money. The gym.\, sauna and the spa are a must experience event and the night club, styx is realy groovy. Definitely a very good place to stay without reservations I recoment all guests.

It’s at a good location, but in the reception they ask for advance money inspite of the Room Rent paid in full .

It was pleasant stay. Room was quite small and compact. Service level was decent and I don't mind going there again, if the pricing is attractive.

Disappointing & pathetic stay Disappointing & pathetic stay

by India1001 on January 20, 2018

Grand hotel with very poor hospitality, rooms, room services, air conditioning etc, No body cares for the comfort & requirements of the tourist in spite of repeated requests. Air conditioning was very poor, in fact air conditioning was not at all there as the staff told that the AC plant has been closed. Suffered a lot for heat & temperature. Moreover, very small & crimpy rooms not as per my booking requirement . Changed rooms three times still couldn't find suitable room. WiFi internet service is at cost , very strange to know this in current time. Staff is unconcerned & casual towards the tourist. Not at all recommended to any one to plan a stay in this Hotel, This hotel not only disappointed me but also spoiled my stay in Delhi.

A tired 4 Star hotel A tired 4 Star hotel

by anaturaltan on January 20, 2018

We are, as I write, on a 14 day tour of Rajasthan and we started from New Delhi on 27 December. The Royal Plaza needs some sprucing up. The room we were given was small and dated for a 4 Star category hotel and quite surprisingly there was a charge for wifi!

This was the first hotel we visited while trekking across India.. unfortunately the 1st impression of a grand hotel was soon altered. We checked in and went off to our rooms, of the 3 rooms we had, all 3 only had 1 towel for 2 adults, resulting in a phone call to reception and a wait for them to arrive. The next issue WIFI and having to pay.. what is that all about in this modern day. Very disappointed. Hitting the bar.. think twice.. one of our party ordered a GnT and a king fisher beer total price 1600 rupees. With 5 additional charges that bumped up the prices. Wanting to visit the Hardrock Cafe we took advise from guest relations, she arranged a taxi for us and we set about our travels, only to be takes around the block and told they would not take us. We returned to the hotel and told them to forget it, and refused to pay.. We resorted to eat at the restaurant buffet which I must say was delicious. However again hammered by charges. Breakfast again was enjoyable. Second evening we took a walk out of the hotel turning left and following the road round for a 10-15 walk and found a local bar where we (party of 6) drank 4 rounds and paid the cost of one round in the hotel. The place is very dated and smelt a bit stale in the rooms, but the bed was comfortable and the shower was the best feature by far. All the shower gels shampoos etc were replenished daily so if you need to reduce baggage these are available and might save you space and weight.

TERRIBLE PROPERTY, TERRIBLE SERVICE TERRIBLE PROPERTY, TERRIBLE SERVICE

by sanjay g on January 18, 2018

My room was located next to a room that was under renovation. Banging and moving furniture around starting from 2am. The hot water didn't work. The hairdryer didn't work. When I complained nothing was done about it initially, until I insisted and then got moved to another substandard room. Staff are rude and inconsiderate. They should not be in the service industry!!!

Good stay Good stay

Since this is an old hotel , the rooms are old school ... Except for door locks not working for which they took care of immediately my stay was pleasant ... but yes their bathrooms need to be upgraded !
