Good location on the main road to Indira Gandhi International airport. Well maintained and great staff. Rooms and corridor are clean and well lit, lift available for movement. Room are good in size and having the required facilities. Well maintained property and value for money. Had breakfast which was good and a large variety available. Recommend to stay. Only issue was the restaurant not on its premises but beside it and route guidance was not very clear as shortcut from room is through corridors.
Rooms are decent enough to spend one night awaiting transfers, that being said some of the rooms do not have a window/ window facing outside so would recomend getting that checked. Even outside facing window rooms have no view as the hotel is located 50mts indise a nallow lane off the main road. Morning breakfast provided in the tariff was average.
For transit this hotel is perfect, but this is my third visit in 2 years , they didnt make a restaurant inside the hotel, which is drawback for hotel. Try to book early to have more discount and go for suite room which is the best room in the hotel, about other rooms i cant say anything as i only stayed in suite on all three times.
The actual Deluxe Room is nowhere near to the picture shown. This is an old outdated shady hotel rebranded as Fab Hotel and the price is jacked up. Ordinarily such hotel are available for 700-800 a night. Just by attaching a brand they are charging 1800. The wash basin was choked, shower didn't work, TV has no English channels, complimentary breakfast was arranged at another hotel that was 100m away ! Overall a very disappointing experience. Will never stay at a Fab Hotel in future.
The reception is not friendly, customer care of fab group has different info than the reception. Not value for money. Old property. The reception area is dirty, worse than a motel. Card machine wasn't working, forcing the customer to pay by cash. Early check-in charges told by customer care and reception differs by 80 %. Breakfast sucks and isn't worth. Breakfast counter not clean, food served with bare hands. Unhygienic. Rating for food is negative, even coffee sucked. The room Door has no other locking system than the nob lock. Rooms aren't clean and the washroom smells like a public toilet. And the shower is totally bad, water all over the bathroom. The hotel has at least 3 entry points with shady look. Need to go through multiple properties to reach the breakfast point. Total rating would for sure be 0.
