it was the autodriver who landed us at that hell. we fixed the deal at 1700 Rs. The guy at reception has not informed us that extra 25% tax will be levied while checking out. Matress, pillow was stinking. cupboards was not cleaned since long. AC was not working. the staff is non cooperative. Soundproofing was that much poor that we can ever hear sound from all over the hotel area. Worst experience that we ever had. Never choose this hotel. Immoral person. No work ethics.

It is very congested rooms & very unclean wash room. also AC & water heater was not in working condition on that time. there was no bucket & other stuff in washroom. we vacated the room in one day & foods are over charged when it compare to other hotels.

Location's of this hotel is good but all other things included service , Food and Drinks ,Cleanliness are not good. I don't want to use this hotel again in future and also warn you if you are going to book this hotel please confirm all the things before booking(THEY WANT SOME EXTRA MONEY DURING CHECKING OUT)

When we got there the staff were friendly enough, and I managed to negotiate to a price of 1000 rs per night. The first room we were shown had a dank, funky kind of a smell so we went for the second one did have more than quite a few small-ish cockroaches coming out at night. This is India though, and I've seen much worse though for the amount you're paying it's perhaps not too much to expect a bit more for your money. The real cockroaches though came out the following day in the shape of staff members. When I asked the manager where I could buy a GB plug adapter he sent out a staff member with me to show me where to buy the adapter. The man at the shop charged me 50rs for said adapter which I thought was quite steep though I paid the fare, went on my way and gave the staff member 20 rs for going with me. I had also given the staff member 200rs to buy me a few items and when he came back with them the slippery little fellow tried to leave without giving me 140rs change. Luckily I have an Indian wife who is more wise to the price of goods than me so she insisted that we go back to the shop where I bought the adapter to ask for my money back. When we got there it turned out that the adapter actually cost 20rs and the staff member had gone back to pocket 30 rs for himself. When returning to the hotel my wife and I spoke to another staff member because the one I was dealing with was too scared to come and speak to us.

over charge u on taxation. bargain with them for all inclusive of taxes. only good thing is that its near the railway station. not for couples or families. solo/business traveler fine.very expensive and poor quality food. better to eat outside at nearby restaurants. though the eating options are very limited nearby plan for lunch and dinner or else eat whatever u can get from nearby. cleanliness is also an issue. dont expect good clean bedsheets/pillow cover and towels.
