This is not a good hotel and I'm not sure who has placed those good reviews. The room was not clean and smelt mouldy. There is no ventilation at all and the bathroom had a big hole in the roof that was filthy dirty and mouldy. The room is an original ancient old fashioned room that is something out of the 50s. The towels were damp and grey in colour instead of the white original colour. The internet did not work on the third floor and after several attempts talking to the reception staff who treated me like I was stupid, they sent a staff member up to show me how to connect to the internet, of course they couldn't and didn't. Breakfast was only just acceptable but the breakfast room was not clean and off putting to eat. Do yourself a favour and seek alternative accommodation.

This hotel was our first introduction to India - organised by the tour company who kindly agreed to change our accommodation for our return night on the round trip to Delhi after our whole group agreed we did not want to stay there again. To say the bathroom was grubby is an understatement. There was a water leak next to the toilet so the floor was wet. The towels were damp and the whole place smelt damp. The blinds were broken and dirty, they also did not open. The bed itself was clean, there was no fridge in the first cupboard. As one of our group stated 'I have stayed in better backpackers hotels'. This place is definitely not a good introduction to India, we stayed two nights and that was far too long.

The hotel is situated in a noisy area with weddings going at full blast to all hours. Wifi is rubbish and almost unusable. Towels are grey and damp and so is rooms. Rooms damp with no ventilation. Bathroom filthy with holes in roof and water pressure useless. Meals are inedible and I saw wait staff refilling water bottles. And it goes on. How this hotel received a 3 star rating is a wonder. In thirty years of travel across se Asia this is the worst I have come across. It was fostered on to us by a tour company and that is another issue.

We had 5 rooms. 3 of the rooms were fine, but 2 had peeling wall paint, broken window shades and a weird smell. The dining area is purely functional. Definite NO if you are a tourist or looking for a nice place!

Have being staying here for a month now for medical purpose.being away from home but having the feel of being at home..excellent service provided by is neat and clean..literally anything you need is just a matter of asking them..workers are very is excellent..breakfast is provided with changing menus everyday..chef prepares meals according to your services is 24hours and responses time is very good..very helpful and a family feeling while m staying here..
