I liked this property but I felt it was a bit of an expensive deal. The amenities provided in the Double room I stayed in were all satisfactory. The food too met my liking. But I think the internet service they provide should be complimentary. This is a recommendable property for business travelers though.

We had quite a comfortable stay in this property. Our Double room was basic. I liked the room service & the food quality as well. I will give it above average ratings.

The problem is not with the hotel they are good but your est if we can not alter or adjust the dates no point in booking through you. even the hotel was ready to help me, they only needed a mail from you which you never sent should I use your services again ??????????

The hotel is in a very good location with a very friendly staff. The breakfast is good .The lunch and dinner is good but could be better. value for money very reasonable

Hotel is located in the heart of the city. Our room was very beautiful, it was well arranged. Also the breakfast quality was appreciative. The housekeeping were quite friendly as well. This is an above average property.

I was travelling with my elderly (86 year old) father on this trip and a friend. We all had separate rooms. The hotel looks nice and whilst the bedrooms and bathrooms are small, they were clean, modern & nicely decorated. Unfortunately they were not completely functional. The location of the hotel is poor. There is literally nothing for the tourist in the vicinity.We had to travel a few kilometres to the Defence Colony to find anywhere to eat - not really within walking distance for most. On arrival at the hotel, my elderly father prepared for a shower only to find on entering the shower that there was no hot water. He called reception and was asked to wait for a member of staff from maintenance to attend. A member of the maintenance team arrived at my father's room shortly afterwards and spent some 15 minutes fiddling around with pipes whilst my father, wrapped only in a towel, and subsequently asking my father to "wait some time and the hot water will come". 10 minutes after the maintenance person had left, I visited my father in his room to find him in his bathroom towel, awaiting hot water. I returned to my room to find I also had no hot water. I was able to shower an hour later when the water had reached a sufficiently warm temperature. My father was also finally able to take a shower more than 90 minutes after he had wanted one. Later that evening I had to call for maintenance to my own room as I had no COLD water! Maintenance arrived, fiddled with some plumbing and then I had cold water but I could have done without the hassle at 11:30pm when I went to brush my teeth for bed. On arrival at my room earlier I had noticed the air conditioning was set to 22.5 centigrade which I knew to be too warm for me to have a comfortable night's sleep therefore I set it to 18 centigrade. I had a very uncomfortable night as the temperature did not change from the original 22.5 centigrade. As I was staying at the hotel for 2 nights, I made a call to reception following the first uncomfortable night and was advised that maintenance would attend to it shortly. A member of the maintenance team (who was unable to speak English) was sent to my room. I was unable to communicate my problem to him. I called reception who sent a further member of staff (who could speak English) and a conversation was had. I explained that the air conditioning unit was not responding to my requests to lower the temperature. The reception staff member then advised that the temperature of bedrooms was centrally controlled. When I advised that the temperature they had decided every guest in the hotel should endure, was considerably warmer than suited me, I was advised that I COULD control the temperature in my own room. This proved to be the case during the early evening of my 2nd night there. During the night however, the temperature rose (to a maximum of 24,5 centigrade) and could not be controlled resulting in a 2nd sleepless night at this hotel. One of our party asked for directions to the hotel gym and was advised it was under construction. Staff were unresponsive and disregarding of our problems. We had been due to return to the hotel a week later following a Golden Triangle tour but cancelled our return booking and stayed in a lovely, much better value hotel in a much more convenient area. Didn't get the basics right - no hot water, no cold water, problems with air conditioning - not good enough.

This hotel is great. It has best service. Was just renovated and it is run by Radisson. The breakfast was very nice with fruits, juices and many Indian dishes including eggs. It is located next to the train station so it is very convenient if you want to go to other parts of Delhi.

Hotel Vikram (park inn Radisson now) is a beautiful property. I had the opportunity to visit this hotel for 3 Days and must say the visit was wonderful. The property is located near Moolchand metro station on the violet line of the DMRC, which makes it easily accessible. Airport is only 15 Kms from Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi making the commute to and from the hotel much more convenient. The traditional Indian Style welcome, gave a personal touch to this entire process. The rooms were spacious, with high ceilings, well lit and well kept.The hotel has large meeting rooms & banquet facilities. We booked the halls for meeting and the dignity of the meeting was maintained by the staff. I would like to commend the service staff at the restaurant for prompt and attentive service. The restaurant of the hotel provides a wide variety of cuisines. Enjoyed dining here!!! Staff is very professional and friendly, they always made sure our visit is comfortable. A very good hotel for stay in New Delhi. We will be visiting again soon and recommend everyone to do visit this property once.

We stayed only one night. Our room was clean and fresh looking. TV and WiFi were good. A kettle in the room with tea and coffee. The whole hotel was a bit too cold for me. Our room was a bit too cold in the night and I could have done with more blankets. The shower was good, but again, not quite hot enough for me. They told us breakfast is ready from 7am but it was about 8am by the time they were ready to serve, but before that there was plenty on offer to help ourselves to. The hotel is on a busy stretch of road right opposite the metro station. During the night I didn't hear a thing and slept solid for 7 hours in a comfy bed. I did like this hotel, we felt safe and staff were also very polite and friendly and the restaurant serves good food. I'd recommend this hotel.

Everyone loves a place to hangout and grab a quick snack after a night of clubbing hopping. I was amazed to find a place like this that is open all night . They have a night menu you can check the pictures . Even better , their food is nice .We ordered noodles and two coffee (we ordered the one they made in house )over a cappuccino,total cost INR 622/- .If in Delhi you reach late after 12 am or 1 am just come to this place . The noodles was good not too oily and good quantity and real nice . My estimate for three people if food ordered approximate INR 1800 with taxes Without alcohol.Their service was pleasant , they took time to serve us food but I liked it .. Their ambience was good very clear ... This is a four star hotel and it is worth it for all the places to eat late night . People who wanted to try the sheesha was available at INR 1400/- ( rates subjective as per hotel policy).. Good food , good ambience and that too at an odd timing of 2.00 am it being available it's even great . A bit on the expensive side for the ones who are trying to fit things in a budget, but rest assured it is worth every penny .Note :- 5 star rating only because of its availability..Till we eat again !!!!
